Treat yourself to our renovated 2019 half-timbered house Anno 1690 in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, directly at the castle fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former fortress of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is beyond the norm. The house in the forest is a haven of peace very close to the Rhine-Main area. If you spend a few days there, you will be thrilled by the tranquility, the fresh forest air and the good sleep (like the marmots). You will find a lot of cosiness there, a "hygienic" cottage furnished in the forest green with a bit of 70s nostalgia.
