It is a corner of the host’s house as you come in the driveway and you have your own private parking spot and entrance remote from the rest of the house. We scrupulously follow the AirBnB guidelines to clean and sanitize between guests. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!
