The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. It is perfectly located for exploring the Midlands and beyond with good road links. Ideal for couples or singles. Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk.

The annexe is part of our main house but has its own private bathroom, Galley Kitchen with dining area, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and hob plus tea and coffee making facilities. The entrance is shared with our part of the house with access through the main lobby, but you can come and go freely.

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm with cattle, sheep & poultry. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is not suitable for children.
