Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

My sweet little house of light is located in a private beach/boating community located on Narragansett Bay. The downstairs apartment is ideal for two. You'll have your own entrance and as much privacy as you'd like. It has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and washer/dryer. The beach is a 1/4 mile shaded walk. We are just over 1 mile from downtown Historic Wickford Village, and just 10 miles from famed Newport or the Narragansett Town Beach (arguably the most beautiful beach in RI).

Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Cute little guesthouse steps from bike path. Walk to Main Street or ride bikes to beach. Perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc.
