You can rent our newly renovated and high-quality apartment in a prime location with great attention to detail! The bedroom offers views of Kramer Mountain and lovely Loisach at your feet. The centre of Garmisch is just steps away. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to turn off. And yet you are in the middle of it! Shops, bakery, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Train station about 10 min. walk to the apartment. The apartment has been renovated by us with much love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for small family as well as for a couple. Baby cot and baby chair is available as well as washing machine. (everything is new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The corresponding underground garage and drying room is also located in the house. Right in front of the house flows very beautiful stream (Leusach), where you can relax beautifully. The apartment is on the ground floor, the house has only three stairs which is quite convenient for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges tourist tax of 3 Euro per person per day. For this the guest receives a ticket for free local bus, as well as discounts for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
