With lots of space, it is private and fully equipped with all you might need for the perfect getaway, vacation, retreat, reunion, or a “just because” weekend! We DO NOT allow PARTIES where ALCOHOL is involved. NO PETS! A binder (on kitchen table) will have a plethora of information regarding your stay, local eateries, attractions. Large kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living room area spaces one in the loft with ping pong. A large front porch with swing and patio with dining and seating with a view. We also have a firepit for bonfires. Ideal for families to come together to play and reconnect. Our driveway has an adjustable basketball net, pickleball and cornhole and we have a gym area.

Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.
