Large bedroom and living room, with 2 queen beds and 2 built-in sofa beds. Perfect for couples, small families or MAX 6 adults. Great central location on the hotel side, but secluded to spend it quiet. Bars/restaurants within walking distance and a tent 15 mtrs. 1.5 blocks from the beach.

Element - Fire

Place to relax and chill, with four distinct houses that represents each one of the elements: fire, wind, earth and water. Each house is complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and a small pool that connects to the living area. All surrounded by a wooden deck and plenty of nature. An outdoor shower, yet private surrounded by nature to cool off from a relaxing day at the beach. *5 min walk to the beach*

Villas Tortuga Paredon (Ocean Front)

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
