A beautiful house and a great / generous and friendly host. The house is clean tidy traditional and with amazing view. The house was fully equipped with appliances pans dishes soaps towels even food. The Sineti village is also beautiful full of old traditional houses and few beautiful churches. Thank you Penelope we will definitely visit you again when we come back to Andros.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Penelope place in Andros. The location is very quiet and peaceful, with a great beach accessible by a 20 mn walk, beautiful hike starts and the main city not far away. Our host Penelope was very welcoming and kindly helped us to find a car to rent on the last minute! Thank you Penelope for welcoming us in lovely Sineti!

We had a very nice stay at the house of Penelope Korre in Sineti village, Andros. The owner was very nice and helpful and the house nice with a great view. The village is very quiet and has a nice beach and an original kafeneio. Sineti is located close to the town, which is great in order to get to Andros town but also to great beaches around. We would definitely stay again at this house in Sineti.

Nineta and Penelope were excellent hosts. We arrived later in the evening and Nineta welcomed us openly and sincerely. The fridge was filled with fresh food (food and drink), which we have not experienced in this form (we've been to Greece on the road). Nineta has repeatedly looked after us and gave us tips for our stay. Thank Nineta! Penelope has then passed us on our last day, and Penelope was open and warm. The parting gifts are delicious!

The house is very charming with a beautiful view on a mountain and the sea. The village of Sineti is very nice with a sympathic cafe with wifi! And the nearest beach is wild and beautiful. Thanks to Nineta, the daughter of Penelope, to inform us for all good places to go... good restaurants, beautiful beaches of Andros! Nineta is a very nice person and welcoming. Our stay was great!

The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 people (e.g. two couples). We were 3 and had absolutely no complaints. Our host had stocked the fridge with snacks (including fresh fruit) and drinks (including cold bottled water) for breakfast. She was always accessible and willing to help with anything we might need. The house had clean sheets, towels, toiletries, a first aid kit and cleaning supplies. I really can't think of any complaint. All three of us were perfectly satisfied and had a great time !

Casa ubicata nel tranquillo villaggio di Sineti, ci sono due caffè e l'omonima spiaggia è vicinissima. La posizione è ottima, in 10 minuti si è ad Andros. La casa è in sasso e c'è tutto l'occorrente. La casa era davvero graziosa, essenziale ma con tutto il necessario e, soprattutto, un bel terrazzo in cui fare la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! La posizione è comoda a varie delle più belle spiagge dell'isola e ad "andros town" e quindi a supermercati, benzinaio, taverne, etc... Margarita poi è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Consigliata!

The location of Violetas house was exactly what we wanted for our vacation as was very quiet and peaceful hearing only the wind and the birds. It has a fully equipped kitchen so we enjoyed having breakfast and dinners at the balcony overlooking the sea. She was kind to bring us olive oil and fresh eggs from her chickens! It is 3 min to the Sinety beach by car.

Fantastic property. Very well equipped and clean. The beach is about 5-10 min walk and is very quiet. It would not be suitable for small children as it gets big waves and gets deep quickly. Ours are 7, 9 and 11 and confident swimmers and were fine. Andros town is about 15 min drive and there is a lovely sandy beach there suitable for families.

Wonderful stay with Apostolos in his charming little house in a well maintained residence in the hills above the beach Sineti. While small, the house is comfortable and perfect for two couples. The terrace at the back of the house is particularly pleasant. Sineti is 10-15 minutes in Andros car through a mountain road and there is no closer trade so think about stuff! Ideal for travelers seeking peace and nature. Beach Sineti nearby is facing wind some days it will be more pleasant to migrate to the beaches of the west coast (about 30 minutes drive). Very good exchanges with Apostolos upstream of the trip, and provided good advice. Unfortunately we did not meet on site. Petit litigation after the stay about a slight damage that we had not noticed that remains unproven to this day. Hoping that this issue be resolved in such good terms that exchanges began. I still recommend this little paradise!

This house is far more beautiful than the pictures. The accommodations were great and the location was perfect for exploring the island. We were very pleased with our stay.

We spent a very pleasant week at the Syneti Residence. The house is very pretty with a small nice garden/terrace and an amazing sea view. It is just a few minutes away from the quiet Syneti beach. The place was windy but not too much ! It is perfect when hot. Our only concern is the proximity with others houses. Fortunately the residence was almost empty !

Our stay was lovely, the house was cozy and well equiped. Great for 4 people. More than 4 might be a bit tight. It has a great view and balcony to enjoy morning coffee!

Giannis is a very nice and welcoming person! The place is very clean and near the beautiful town of Chora.

Giannis and his mother are very nice hosts. They are very polite and helpful. The bungalows are very close to the Chora of Andros. The bungalow is roomy and has a very a nice terrance. There is also a nice garden with lawn and a nice spot under a tree where you can have your coffee and breakfast in the morning. It is surrounded with lot of trees and fauna and has a nice view of the surroundings The only drawback is the narrow road that connects the bungalows with the main road that is very steep. Besides that we had a great time. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxed. Recommended.

The apartment is comfortable, with a nice view on the sea and the mountainous area. The apartment comes wit a nice garden. It takes a good walk to the beach (about 20-30 minutes), a nice path along the dry river bedding. Supermarket and bakery are on walking distance. Giannis is a friendly host, very helpful in picking us up at the bus station and facilitating scooter rent. We enjoyed the place a lot.

The little house in Andros is the best for a family with young children. An upscale from the center convenient and at a very affordable price. You can have your coffee in the most central spot in the country and the kids can go safe in the house. It suits calmly a family with 3 children is cool and Mrs. Vida very sweet and helpful. Fully equipped, it meets the needs of a family. We ended up very nice, if we played again Andros we would have preferred it again

What an amazing holiday! Maria's beautiful house in Livadia is the ideal place to enjoy first a relaxing living and second the beauties of Andros island. Situated in a magnificent location overlooking the tall cypresses of Paraporti that lead to the beach, the mansion accommodates you in two separate floors, ideal for 3 families. We enjoyed so much the traditional yard with the shade places and the long table with the comfortable outdoor couch. We had delicious BBQ outside! We even had the chance to taste strawberries from the garden of Mr. Vassilis. What to say about the decoration? Every place in the house is spotless! Hand made furniture and pieces of decoration enable you to feel at home. You can admire the high taste of the owners everywhere. Every thing we needed was provided by the hostess Mrs. Anna such as linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment. It was far more than we expected!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality. Perfectly! Very beautiful! Super nice landlord! Best location! Huge! Tastefully! I can write about the house and the owner all the best. We had two families (four adults and four children) a perfect vacation on Andros. The photos fortune hardly convey how nice, tasteful and above all generous is the cottage. In my view, might even three families or a group of more than ten people spend a very pleasant stay. In addition to five full bedrooms and four bathrooms, there are two spacious living rooms, two expansive dining room, - / tables, terraces and then to top it off even the wonderful main terrace with shady rubber trees and the fantastic views of the Chora and the sea. Maria's parents have given us an affectionate welcome and were always approachable for any inquiries. The house offers the perfect base from which to explore Andros. About Andros itself is sure to find enough praiseworthy elsewhere. Therefore only briefly: It's worth it. For us, the combination of fantastic beaches, well-developed hiking trails, lush vegetation (Cyclades ratios) and the cultural life has been the perfect combination in the bustling Chora.

We spend a lovely week at the house. The location was perfect with a refreshing view to the surrounding mountains and sea. The internal decoration was amazing and with good taste. We were welcomed with a cold bottle of white wine and local cheese. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again!

We were met by Maria's parents who showed us the house and gave us tips on where to go. They left a tray of local honey, cheese, tsipouro (grappa) home-made fig jam and biscuits. The house was beautifully situated in a charming village with wonderful views of the sea, the town and the surrounding villages. We found everything we needed inside the house for a comfortable stay. The decor and furnishings of the house were simple and of high quality. I felt I was staying in the house of good friends. Exceptional rental property.

Maria's house is simply magnificent. It was newly constructed, and all the appliances, towels, and sheets were very high quality. It was very clean when we arrived. This is a home built with care. I stayed with my wife, our kids, and her family, with a total of seven people, and the house did not feel crowded at all. The rooms were comfortable, and everyone had their own bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we used the clothes washer and dishwasher, both of which were much appreciated. The outdoor patio has a gorgeous view of the town and the harbor, and we spent many afternoons reading there. The garden was full of fruit, though we were there a bit early to eat any of it. There is a second patio overlooking the mountains. There was a nice cafe in short walking distance, and town was a short drive from the house. Be aware that there is only one A/C unit located in the kitchen/living room, which keeps the entire house relatively cool, but we had to leave some bedroom doors open to get them cool. If it were to be extremely hot, the bedrooms might not cool off enough. The windows, like in most homes in Europe, do not have screens, and there are mosquitos. It is a bit of walk (maybe 100 yards) from where you can park your car, with a few steps up and down. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Filippos was a wonderful host! We got so much more than expected and for great value!! We travelled from the UK to Athens and then onward to Andros. The appartment has many beautiful antiques, a Balcony to die for and even a kitchen! The town is great for food or just a drink and places stay open late enough. The apprartment has a master bedroom and en suite. A room with two beds and a little reading area, perfect for a family. It has a kitchen, another toilet, dining space and living room. Filippos home was very nice, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. We had the best trip and are very grateful that he made it easy for us to come and go and offered to help when needed. This was by far my favorite stay in Greece.

The house is located in the main street of the town, in a quite area, you just hear the children playing. It is much better than it appears on the pictures. The second flour, reachable by a steep staircase, is the best part with its big terrace that overviews the bay and it's a wonderful place to see the falling stars.The host is a pleasant person and his parents were very helpful.

We spent four very pleasant days in Filippos' house in the Chora of Andros. His house is full of light, clean, and tastefully furnished with old objects. The internal wooden stair which leads to the first floor may pose problems to someone who is physically handicapped, but it may also amuse a child, as was the case with our nine-year old daughter. The first-floor large terrace is splendid, with its wonderful sea view. The house located on one of the town's few flat streets is ideal; it is very close to the principal square of the Chora, but far enough from noise (except from the bells of the church that is just next door.) Filippos' generosity and his eagerness to help us were remarkable and made all the difference in our stay. From the moment of our arrival (when he met us at the parking area that is a ten minute walk from the house) Filippos made us feel as his personal guests: He gave us a remarkably well informed tour through the Choras' narrow streets, offered us local goodies, many of them made by his mother, and when, for a few hours we needed an umbrella, he rushed to the house to give us one. We were lucky to have found his house (and him) and we unreservedly recommend his lovely house to anyone wishing to enjoy the atmosphere of this very beautiful island.

Great place in the centre of Andros town! The house had everything we needed for 4 people, the first floor balcony in particular offered a stunning view of the bay and was a great place to relax. Location was perfect for exploring the town and easy access to both beaches. The church bells next door did go off early on a couple of days but overall this did not detract from the property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Andros. Filippos was very quick to respond at all times, and we were met in the house by his mother who had made homemade jam for us which was delicious. Thank you Filippos for helping us have a great holiday!

The house of Philip is a great place for anyone to stay in Chora of Andros. Very close to all! Beautifully decorated with a variety of special items, bedrooms with privacy and of course a spectacular veranda terrace where we spent wonderful nights. Overall we had a wonderful five days in the country, and Andros will definitely me most days. Not acquainted with Philip, however they were always in direct contact either by phone or by mail. Philip very nice work at home, I wish good summer!

We stayed at Filippos' wonderful place in Andros (Chora) off-season in mid-May, which is, we found, a rather nice time for island holidays in Greece. The house has a living area, a small kitchen and on the upper level a large bed and, the best, a large terrace with 180 degree view on the sea and nearby beach, where I had my first swim this year:) I can totally recommend this place, as it is very cosy with lots of antique furniture, with each and everyone, probably, has a story to tell. Filippos we didn't actually meet, but his lovely mother, who waited to take us from the bus station and showed us around! We felt immediately like coming home:)

We are a couple who stayed for one night in June. Louiza's place is a very good choice if you want to stay downtown in Hora and you don't mind about the noise. Excellent renovation. The owners are polite and helpful.

It's a very cute little house where you can feel the presence of Eirini's family. It provided everything we needed. It's very close to the beach and the shops.

A gorgeous little house, with a fabulous balcony overlooking the sea. Right in the old town so less than a minute to the restaurants and bars, but in a really quiet spot, we never heard anything when we were in the house/balcony, really peaceful. Five minutes to both beaches. Split level little house, with really steep stairs. Three lovely little bedrooms, really clean, only thing is there is no air conditioning, this wasn't a problem for us as there were fans. Perfect stay, we would definitely recommend it. They even met us off the bus to guide us to it.

Everything is great except for the neighbors who are too loud

Eirini was very welcoming, she greeted us as we arrived at the bus station and led us to her home. The house is in a prime location, within the spit of Chora. The view from the terrace is spectacular, you can eat breakfasts and suppers looking at the beach while being sheltered from the wind. There are three levels in the apt, with one double bed at each - our kid really enjoyed climbing to his bed at "crow's nest". Apt is fully equipped and has very nice, stylish furniture. Safe and friendly environment.

Die Wohnung von kiria Eirini ist ein echtes traditionelles Häuschen in der historischen Altstadt von Andros Chora und damit eine wunderbare Gelegenheit in der Zeit zu reisen und ein Stück authentische Andros zu erleben. Sehr nah an Geschäfte Restaurants und die malerische Kaffees unter den Platanos auf dem Platz Kairi. Das allerschönste Detail: die breite Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht und den Strand. Von da in 10 min. Steigt man zum Strand hinunter. Rückkehr nach oben ein bisschen anstrengend aber gut für Fitness. Das Wasser zum Baden entweder vom Museum an der Spitze der Insel -in 3 min erreichbar- oder vom Strand ist sauber und herrlich. Einziges Minus kein WLan , das bekommt man im Kaffee um die Ecke. Schöne alte Möbel und alle Bequemlichkeiten für einen schönen Aufenthalt auf der Insel.

Theodoro's was very welcoming, polite and discrete. The place is exactly as it looks on the images. The house is cute and clean. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the main road of Chora, where all shops, bars, restaurants are and also, from the main beach of Chora. It would be great to have a nice chill out area outside the house to relax during summer time. We will definitely come come back!

Theodoros was a very welcoming and helpful host, he was available to us and our questions at all times and made us feel very welcome. the apartment is spacious, clean and very beautifully located next to the city centre of an amazing town. We enjoyed our stay at this home a lot and we would recommend you to do the same!

The area is very quiet and close to all commodities (supermarkets, bakery...). It takes 10 minutes walk to go to the town center and to the bus station from the appartment. Theodoros is a very nice host. He answered very quickly to all my questions before going to Chora. He came at the bus stop so as to meet us and show us the place. The flat was very comfortable and very clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Chora.

Comme nous le lui avons dit, l'appartement est super, très propre, le matelas/lit est nickel ! Tout est quasi neuf. L'emplacement est un peu à l'écart du centre mais à distance tout à fait raisonnable à pied. Et Theodoros est un hôte charmant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul point faible est l'absence de terrasse dans un lieu comme Chora où l'on peut prendre absolument tous les repas dehors tellement il fait beau et chaud 24h/24... A tout le moins ce serait un grand plus de fournir du mobilier que l'on pourrait sortir sur la petite dalle devant l'entrée... Quelques petits accessoires supplémentaires seraient également utiles mais dans l'ensemble, ce logement est bien !

Mr. Giannis and his wife were very kind and helpful. They welcomed us with fresh lemonade, fresh fruit, local sweets and more. The house was very comfortable, spotless and its location excellent. Very close to the pedestrian walkway in Andros Town, you can walk on foot in 2 minutes and very close to restaurants, cafés and shops. Very convenient because we did not need the car for our journeys. We were amazed, thank you very much Mr. Yannis, at the reiteration !!!

John's place was fantastic and clean. The location is lovely, right in the middle of town and walking distance to two beaches! John and his wife are very communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We had most pleasant 14 days at Athina's house! It's located very central in the little town of Andros but still overlooking the sea, most amazingly equipped and beautifully decorated with a love for details and great furniture and Athina and her husband did their best to make us feel at home. They welcomed us at the bus station when we arrived late on a Sunday night, showed us the city of Andros the next day and were always available if we had any questions or needed some information. Thx so much again! We would love to come back at some point as this house and the island are really special and wonderful. You can go for hikes on Andros, they got great hiking paths there, you can discover new beaches every day and one is located right underneath the house. We didn not have a car while being on the island which was fine, we rented a scooter sometimes or took the bus which goes regularly to all parts of the island. Or you can rent a little boat and explore the beaches which are not so easily accessible by scooter/car. Don't miss out on the Museum of Modern Art, it really is worth it. And visit the little store Waikiki if you are into modern Greece fashion design (URL HIDDEN) Plus: Achlan beach is the best! It takes a while to get to Andros, but it's worth it. The ferry stops at Gavrio and you have to take a bus (50 minutes) in case you don't rent a car to get to town of Andros (Chora). Only in case you are very sensitive about noise at night, you might not find Athina's house that suitable as it is overlooking the central square of Chora - with lots of pubs where people meet and chat until early morning hours.

We loved our experience. The house is fabulous and although there is no air conditioning, it remains fresh thanks to natural ventilation. For each window, the view is breathtaking. Our hosts were exceptionally nice, bringing us to the beach with our two children and even invited us to have coffee at their small farm. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine and waiting for us as jam made by Athina. Just wonderful. We highly recommend this typical house that looks like a small museum. It was a privilege for us to remain there about ten days. thank you once again for this generous accuei.

To be honest, I really want this house wundrschöne not recommend them because I want to be the one in the next summer, which may rent it ...

Mrs Athina and her husband were great hosts! Her husband picked us up before entering Chora, he helped us with the luggage and after arriving at the house he told us the basic things to do, the best places to eat and about Andros' history! The house was fully stocked with all the necessary things, towels, clean sheets, shampoos and even with local delicacies like cheese and Mrs Athina's homemade jams!! We felt like it was our home! We were very well received by Athina who is very charming. She warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home, even leaving us to consume local products. I was a little afraid of the noise in the square, but in September, except Saturdays, it's very quiet. Animated just right. I really hope the recross, Andros or even at home in Paris. A place 5 stars!
