  • A wonderful relaxing time in a wonderful part of the world. The accommadation was very comfortable. It was clean and well presented. Nearly a home away from home. Both Sue and Darryl where wonderful hosts informing us of the many activities we could do locally even if our intention was just to relax. The dogs had a wonderful time and were secure in the backyard without a worry. Highly recommended. Would consider returning.

The separate bedroom has a queen sized bed, wardrobe and a large ensuite. . Free high speed Wifi and Netflix. . Accommodation is strictly for a maximum of 2 people unless prior arrangements are made.
    The apartment is above our garage (separate to the main house) and there are steps to the apartment. No smoking is allowed on the premises. The apartment has its own off street parking.
    Berry is a charming heritage rural town, 10 mins drive from local beaches in the Shoalhaven region of the NSW South Coast. It contains great restaurants, cafes and many shops. It also has plenty of live music at the two local hotels. Berry is an easy drive from Sydney, Canberra, Illawarra and South Coast regions of New South Wales, making it ideal for weekends away as well as longer holidays.

    My place is close to Berry township, with an 8 minute walk, where you can access many cafes, pubs, restaurants and boutique shops. You will love my place because of the peaceful country lifestyle with a treetop outlook. My place is ideal for couples or singles to relax and unwind. It would suit a romantic getaway, solo adventurers/travellers, business trip, wedding stays or time in the country to chill.

  • We were staying in Berry for a wedding and Jo's place was the perfect little apartment for our stay. Beautifully clean and appointed, and a lovely touch with a bottle of wine and some local chocolate on arrival. I loved listening to the rain falling on roof and the birds outside. It was a cosy and relaxing space. Jo recommended a local restaurant for dinner on our first night and it was amazing food! We would highly recommend, however just be aware some of the higher windows that let in the beautiful natural light during the day don't have window coverings so you won't get a dark sleep in.

    Terara Park is situated in a the small village area of Terara. The Terara area has become the wedding capital of the Shoalhaven area. Coastal beaches and Jervis Bay is only a 20 min drive. 4 min drive to local shops

    A great place for a weekend escape in a quiet neighbourhood. Our studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and includes twin beds, dinette and Plasma TV. Large bathroom toilet, kitchenette with microwave, electric frypan, turbo oven, toaster, jug, bar fridge and essentials. Light breakfast supplied daily. There is a private and secure entry & off street parking. Access to gardens and free use of BBQ. Also ideal for business people whilst working in the area and need to relax after work.
    Bomaderry is central to the the Shoalhaven area, servicing the ocean, beaches, Bays, mountains and valleys and national parks, Also the villages north and south of the Nowra township which is situated on the beautiful Shoalhaven river.
    We are situated in a quite residential neighbourhood with pleasant surroundings and central to the Shoalhaven.

  • Sparkling clean, lovely big kitchen and ensuite and ultra comfy beds. Fresh flowers on the table, sweet lavender kitten atop my towel. Gail and Bob were gorgeous. They really took the time to chat and welcome me into their home but ensured I had my privacy for the rest of the stay. My daughter was competing in a Regional Netball competition and they made a point of popping down to see her play a game. That was such a kind, thoughtful touch. Very pleased to have met such a kind, interesting couple.

  • We had a lovely stay at Bob & Gail’s wee studio. It had everything we could ever want for our short stay, even a continental breakfast. The beds were very comfortable & shower had good pressure. Bob & Gail were lovely enough to not only give us the history of their Airbnb space but also lots of local hints, must see’s & guidance on our further travels. They were very quick to try & address a wee issue with the wifi signal - unfortunately not something that could be sorted for our trip - however they invited us into their house for better signal if required. If wifi is important to you just check in with Bob & Gail to see if they have managed to sort it (I’m sure they will have!). Thoroughly recommend staying with this lovely couple.

  • We booked a couple of months ago. It is what is a couple of bedrooms and pull out couches. It’s definitely worth staying there even it’s a 20 minute drive to beaches as it’s in a quiet location. It’s close to a servo and main shops in Nowra. Place was clean and well prepared for our arrival. No issues with the place at all. We would stay again!! Kids enjoyed the place as well.

    Your private apartment is on the 1st floor of my home - stairs are for your use only. Spacious bedroom, sitting room and ensuite. Very comfy queen bed. Situated in town with a short stroll to Berry's many cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Berry station is a 15 minute level walk away.
    Open the plantation shutters and you will see you are surrounded by trees. Parking on site. All linen and towels are supplied plus tea and coffee making facilities including bar fridge.
    Seven Mile Beach is only a 10 minute drive away, with its pristine unspoilt beach for swimming and surfing. The beachside towns of Gerroa and Gerringong are close by, and just a 20 minute drive south of Nowra is the magnificent Jarvis Bay Marine National Park where dolphin and whale watching charters can be organised. A short drive through spectacular mountain scenery takes you to Kangaroo Valley village with its village shopping, historic buildings and great restaurants. There are lakes, rivers and estuaries for cruising, canoeing and fishing located nearby, and there are National parks and old growth forests for bushwalking and discovering the unique flora and fauna. A visit to the late Arthur Boyd's "Bundanon" is a must, and for golfing enthusiasts there is always a golf course nearby. Berry boasts a quality environment - fresh air, picturesque countryside, unspoiled rainforests and endless beaches. There is always something new to enjoy and remember, and you can be as busy as you like, or just relax and enjoy the easy friendly way of life.

  • We had an amazing time at Proximity. The apartment was beautiful, clean and felt like home. The amenities were great and the location could not be better. The little things like having milk, croissants and tim tams in the fridge; having oil, salt & pepper and paper towel in the kitchen, washing liquid in the laundry, a cordless vacuum, and body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms made it that much more comfortable. The communication with Sophie from the beginning was very helpful and super friendly. We wont hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The balcony was a treat for those morning breakfasts. The hospitality that the hosts showed us was incredible. They were able to provide the finer touches to make this place feel like home. The only one minor thing to mention is we weren't able to have a late check-out, however it meant we got to enjoy the beach earlier in the day :)

The location is brillent with everything on your doorstep, restaurants, bars, pubs, tour operators, sun, sand and sea. The locals are also very friendly and happy to help or have a conversation. It was refreshing to walk out and have people wish you a good morning! The view from the apartment is absolutely beautiful with a large balcony to have breakfast on, have a bbq or even sun bathe. The apartment had small touches that made a big difference to our stay. John and Mary supplied us with fresh bakery bread, eggs, tea and coffee so if we didn't go out for breakfast we had what we needed in the apartment. They also provide you with vouchers for many cafes and restaurants in the town, which came in handy. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and Netflix with we also used in the evenings to watch movies. What other Airbnb provides Netflix? Mary and John provided us with information on things to do in the area, even on rainy days to ensure we had the best visit to Jarvis Bay. They went over and above when I had issues with my car providing information or travel and car rental services and offering to drive us to the nearest town for transport. Luckily my car issue was fixed in time. This is the place to stay if you're considering visiting Jervis Bay, you will not get better hosts anywhere else. I will 100% be back!   • Sundeck is wonderful. The amenities are great, everything works, the place was super clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable, great showers & water pressure. The location is gorgeous - just a quick walk to the beach, & a 5 minute walk to the main street for shops, pub, restaurants & wharf. It's a really tranquil location - just open the doors to the deck & be calmed by the gentle birdsong. Is a wonderful place to escape to, we'll definitely be keeping this as our go-to place at Jervis Bay.

Bath towels & linen are supplied; all you need to bring are your own beach towels to make the most of the beautiful Jervis Bay beaches which are right on your doorstep, closest beach being a few min walk from the room! Basic amenities are also supplied to get you started (tea, coffee, small milks, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, soap etc.). The kitchenette has basic facilities; a microwave, small bar fridge, kettle, toaster, plates/cutlery etc. The studio room is on the lower level of the Nautilus Apartments complex and faces the main street of Huskisson (Owen Street). The window and street level door have been tinted for guests privacy. Unfortunately there is no WIFI with the studio room. The studio room is right in the heart of Huskisson and "Husky" is the gateway to Jervis Bay. Take a walk down Owen Street where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the newly renovated pub “The Huskisson". Dolphin and Whale Watching Cruises are just metres away, as are the famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay.

Across the road you'll find the acclaimed Blue Swimmer Cafe; perfect for a morning coffee, lunch or a romantic evening meal.
    Where will I be? Fairytale is perfectly located in Gerroa - protected from the wind and set in a quiet and peaceful pocket, overlooking Crooked River and on the corner of the ocean/beach access areas.  The Blue Swimmer Cafe is just over the road.  The village of Gerroa is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and the towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry are just a short drive. Why choose Fairytale? Architecturally designed, with high ceilings, designer furniture, the highest quality finishes and floor to ceiling windows throughout, Fairytale is sure to impress. It has a minimalist style, plenty of natural light and a perfect location. Is there any special information that I should know about? Fairytale is a brand new designer house divided into two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Every design consideration has been given ensuring your privacy, with your own private entrance and sole use of the backyard. How is the property laid out? Fairytale is a 3 bedroom downstairs apartment. Enter into the spacious open plan living/dining area, flooded with natural light, with high ceilings and smart TV. The kitchen is galley style with an oven, small cook top, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and sink.  Bedroom one has a king bed and large ensuite with a bath and shower. Bedroom two has a king bed, bedroom three has two king singles. Each of these bedrooms have their own floor to ceiling wardrobes in the hall and both share a large bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. What about outdoors? Make the most of being outdoors in the large undercover dining area. There is an outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ, and a grassed backyard. When you get back from the beach, there is also an extremely luxurious hot and cold outdoor shower. Keeping warm or keeping cool? Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout for year round comfort - heating or cooling. In addition, there are ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. Alternatively, you can leave all the large glass sliding doors open to enjoy the breeze. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, duvets, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Whilst there is no allocated parking for Fairytale, there is street parking along Riverleigh Avenue and additional parking at Emerys Reserve - very close by.  Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season.     Situated in Terara on a rural horse farm. The bunkhouse is a self contained cosy one bedroom apartment. The 22 acre property has a beautiful dam and jetty set amongst 50 horse paddocks. Light the fire pit around the rustic farm bar or light up the fire place and snuggle in for a cosy relaxing stay. The queen bed is fitted with electric blankets to keep you cosy and warm throughout the night.
    A large one bedroom unit with full kitchen and cooking facilities. Fireplace inside the unit and a Bar/barbeque area with open fire pit are their for guests to use on their stay. The unit has a double fold down bed that is in the open living area for thous extra guests.
    Terara Park is only minutes drive to the Nowra township for any shopping needs and yet feel like your miles away whilst on the farm. A 20min drive will get you to alot of the beautiful coast or Jervis Bay beaches.
  • Graeme is a very approachable and great super host. The place is clean, VERY spacious and the farmhouse is a change from the usual city style apartment. Graeme has put in a lot of thought to make the stay as convenient as possible, eg LED night light in the bathroom and living area. We would love to come back in winter and try out the fire place. It has a very comfortable queen size bed in a huge room. The farmhouse has a second fold-away double bed. The placement of this double bed doesn't provide privacy. He has the fastest guns in the area and responds to my text message queries in a flash, before and also during our stay. He has great local knowledge. He also introduced his playful pet magpie, named Birdie, who likes to be scratched on the tummy. The place is close to the Nowra township for your grocery and dinning needs (by car).

  • This is a very comfortable and welcoming place. Graeme is wonderfully down to earth and nothing is too much trouble for him. The place was a little larger and a little nicer than we expected from the photos. I highly recommend this place. It's a beautiful rural area also and yet so handy in being so close to Nowra and beaches.

How is the apartment laid out? Unit 2is a single level apartment on the first floor of the Ishtar building. Composed of two bedrooms and one bathroom, Unit 2boasts a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area including a balcony with great room for outdoor dining. The great thing about this unit is it can be combined with Unit 3(Sleeping 2) to fit a group of six via a lockable door interconnecting the two apartments! Bedroom one offers a queen bed and bedroom two has two single beds - ideal for a family of 4. Unit 2includes a shower, bath and toilet in a modern bathroom setting. Each apartment also comes fully equipped with a laundry, so washing and drying is not a problem during your stay. All in all, the relaxed luxury of this apartment will make for a very liveable holiday home, no matter your group size. What about outdoors or outdoor areas? Whether youre dining outside or need some fresh air, Unit 2has a good sized balcony with seating to fit all the family. Open up the doors to the balcony for an extended living area that makes for easy kitchen to table serving. How can I stay cool or keep warm? All Ishtar Apartments offer a reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling. No matter the weather, the temperature can be set just as you like during your stay. The large sliding doors to the deck can also be opened to catch the sea breeze on those warmer days. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? High quality sheets and towels are provided at the Ishtar Apartments, and all beds will be made up on arrival. Please bring your own beach towels as well! Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our apartments generally do not supply food items. Is there a safe place for me to park my car? There is a designated, secure off-street parking lot for all Ishtar guests. This has a private entrance that is accessible from both Currambene and Hawke Streets. Each unit has a dedicated parking space, so no need for the mad rush to grab a park out the front. Lift access is available to all floors, as well as stairs and an outdoor rest area on Level 2. In addition, the Ishtar Apartments offer secure entry to the building to ensure peace of mind throughout your stay. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Unfortunately the Ishtar Apartments dont allow pets, but feel free to contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options. What are the minimum stay rules? There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. Are there any special Peak Season rules? Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. The calendar will automatically tell you what changeover day applies, or if in doubt, give one of our friendly staff a call. Will I have access to WIFI, internet, Netflix or Pay TV?     Hidden down a quiet cul-de-sac directly opposite the Lady Denman Nature Reserve and a short walk to beaches, river, cafes is this private ground floor apartment. (Owners live in house above). Tranquil garden views, new kitchen, bathroom, laundry.
    Spacious apartment with comfy leather sofas and comfy queen size bed. We have a full kitchen (Fridge, Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Machine) for your convenience so you can cook breakfast in bed if you wish or visit one of the many lovely Cafes a short stroll away. There is free high speed WIFI and there is a TV with DVD player (With selection of DVDs) and cord to plug in laptop to stream from there if you like! We also offer you the opportunity to engage in real conversation, board games, cards and books, should you wish to disconnect from technology and feed the soul :)
    With lovely garden views and outdoor setting, Anam Cara is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! With the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum & Nature park across the road, you are surrounded by the sounds of birds and a short stroll through to the lovely mangrove boardwalks. The Main Street of Huskisson is an 8 minute walk away and has plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, not to mention the amazing views of our lovely town! We feel like we live in paradise and know that we do ;) Ssshhh

  • Really great little place to stay with everything you need for a few days away from home exploring the area. Very handy spot being able to walk to local shops etc in 10mins and there's also a pop-up cafe doing excellent coffee (Little Marionette) just on the next block - perfect! Clare has obviously put a lot of thought into making sure everything is just right with lots of nice touches around the place. Books, movies to watch, wine, cheese, etc - couldn't have asked for more. So many great things about this place. Oh and there's chickens!

  • Clare's home was absolutely beautiful, the space was wonderful & Clare even provided extra touches like wine, chocolate & eggs!!. The house was in a fantastic location in a quiet street only a short walk from the main town, beaches & cafes. Clare & Kevin were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts that went above and beyond for us, from the moment we got there they made us feel so at home. We will definitely be back & wouldn't stay anywhere else next time we’re in Jervis Bay, would highly recommend!

  • The warmest of welcomes and the most generous hosts! Clare and Kevin exceeded expectations on every level. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they were simply fabulous, with the most wonderful sense of humour! The property was spotless and had everything you might need, and more. The outside space (and the wildlife, particularly the birds) was a real bonus and only added to what was a fabulous week-long stay in Huskisson. We couldn’t have been happier!
