Old Schoolhouse Music Cottage

7 minutes to skiing and tubing at Peek n Peak or 1 short block to Findley Lake. The boat launch is at the end of the block with a fantastic kayak launch ramp. The cottage is rumored to have been the music room for the old Findley Lake Highschool (main house in front of the cottage). The cottage is directly behind the old school house (where we live). We ski every day in the winter and find it's a super convenient location just down the road from pknpk (6 miles). Town of Mina Permit #17.

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Cozy lake property get away

Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

Nearby things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, museums, and all kinds of shopping. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities.
