As a large group of friends (including three young kids), we had a lovely and relaxing stay at Vila Amor. The house feels very remote, and you can enjoy starry and silent nights, but is still close enough to Sencelles that you can walk there. The owner was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One highlight for the kids was getting to see one of the farms lambs being bottle fed. The house was spacious (though a few hazards for very young babies), and the pool perfect for the kids and for cooling down in the heat.

An amazing holiday was had. 12 guests (6 couples), the host was extremely accommodating and welcomed us with open arms - literally. Clean, friendly and quite - a lovely house with a great pool to dip in on those warmer days. Situated just off a beautiful, quite town, only a 10 minute walk away with friendly locals and amazing restaurants. We wish to visit again, thank you for having us.

Unser Check-In verlief einwandfrei. Pablo war pünktlich zu unserer Ankunftzeit da und zeigte uns die Finka (Spanisch sollte man etwas sprechen können, um ihn zu verstehen). Die Finka sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, lediglich etwas bewachsener ist es mittlerweile. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 8 Personen, in der wahrscheinlich heißesten Zeit des Jahres da und hatten (fast) alles was man sich wünschen kann (ab und zu hätten wir gerne eine Klimaanlage gehabt). Mit den 2 1/2 Bädern sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Die beiden Bäder gehen jedoch direkt vom Schlafzimmer ab, sodass man sich etwas absprechen muss, wer wann wo usw. Nach dieser Saison will Pablo aber noch ein weiteres Bad einrichten. Der nächst größere Ort zum Einkaufen ist Inca. Wie es mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln dort aussieht, können wir leider nicht sagen, da wir Mietwagen hatten und somit ziemlich mobil waren. Alles in einem ist Pablo aber einer der besten Vermieter, die man sich wünschen kann und ich kann jedem empfehlen, diese Finka zu buchen.

We had a lovely time staying at the house. It's central location was ideal to be able to reach north and south of the island easily. The house had everything that you could ask for and more. The pool was great and used everyday.

Despite changes on arrival due to flight delay, Mateo waited smiling at us in the dark. We were shown around on the property and quickly walked in bed. When will get up the next day could really see which gem we had come to. Nice Spanish decor, lovely pool and really lush rural setting. The house and grounds in accordance with the description and photos. The location we thought was super convenient as it was very fast in Inca (for shopping at Lidl, Aldi, etc.) or on the highway to Palma or Alcudia. We were able to take all our excursions in all directions of the island. We have all been found as described and have felt very comfortable here during our week. Since we were a couple, we had a lot of space. House, garden and pool (not heated) have been a good experience and we mainly spent time outside by the pool. The decor was nice spacious and well equipped in order and the kitchen (the oven was unfortunately broken and also extremely dirty); only the large double bed was very welcome by and linen / towels could be a little cleaner. For the next guests it might be also good to know that the main bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom, however, is not separated by a door, but only by a curtain from the bedroom / bed. However, there are some points that have us not so well-liked, so we give only 4 out of 5 stars. - Extremely annoying was the constant barking of dogs from the neighboring property. Whether we arrived at the house, were staying in the house or in the garden by the pool, continue the dogs barking next door, often for hours. This has us very annoyed and for this reason we would not rent this house again. The house was not as easy to find as the street can not be found at all the opera house numbers and also the names of two more plots "Sa Rota". unfortunately our Navy did not accept the GPS coordinates, so we had to look that way. This villa is beautiful. My partner and travelled with our 5 year old and a 1 and a half year old children. The house is clean spacious and tidy. The gardens are good for exploring. The pool was invigorating. The actual villa is situated a little out if the way but the local towns are a short drive or cycle away and there are plenty of shops there. Communication with the villa rep was quick and effective. All in all we would return here for sure. Thanks.

The listing description was accurate. This is a beautiful villa in spacious grounds and a lovely area of Mallorca. We had a fabulous holiday enhanced by the kindness of Kate, who was looking after the property in the absence of the owner.

We spent some incredible days although the weather did not accompany us too much. The house, very cozy, prepared and equipped. Perfect location if you want to spend a few days of tranquility and relaxation, far from the urban area.

This house is on the country side in a very cozy village. The house was in perfect condition and the landlord was punctual with handing us the keys. Would recommend renting a car while staying here, cos the taxi prises Are quite High to Palma and AirPort.

We had a lovely stay at Mariano's house. It was just what we wanted, in a small quite Village but driving distance to beaches and Palma. The house is great and the surrounding area is perfect if you want to escape and relax in the sun, great for families. The pool is good for a dip to cool off but a little small for any swimming. Walking distance is a small shop that sells great authentic bread and any things you might need but we hit the super market a close drive. The village is very cute and picturesque and the local people are friendly, we would visit again.

The house is even more beautiful live. Mariano has given us the entrance and has been very friendly at all times.

A really spacious house with all we needed for a wonderful few days. The kitchen facilities were outstanding for a rental. Even an Nespresso machine ;-). We BBQ'ed in the garden by the pool. Fantastic. A tip - the HiperCentro in Inca (10 min drive from the house) have a fantastic selection of fish/seafood and meat. I can only recommend.

We just came back from our vacation at Villa Llevant. We really enjoyed our stay there! Everything is just as shown in the pictures. It was the perfect Place for us as a Family of four. We would love to come back someday.

Once again we had a wonderful vacation. Llevant has everything you need. With a car all the beautiful beaches are within reach.

Marta was very nice and communicative. She met us on time and was very helpful. Very safe neighbourhood and the very nice owner lives nearby so never a problem. The villa is exactly as described and photographed !!! 2 full bedrooms 2 baths, washing machine, full kitchen etc... Fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful charming country house. Very clean and new, cosy home to come back to after travelling/beach. The outside is just beautiful. Many olive trees with fantastic views to the mountains. Just feels great to be outside in the quiet countryside with the birds in the morning. The garden/field in the houses property is Organic so no worries about pesticide spraying which is very important to us :) Great location, 25 minutes to the city and very central area to visit the entire island as we did. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended for travellers with attention on details :) Thank you for a wonderful experience !!!

We had an incredibly wonderful week in this beautiful house. Everything is new and delicious and the house is well equipped with everything you need. Marta and the owner is friendly and welcoming people. Perfect for a family with children. There are several neighboring houses which can not perceive the pictures but trees and fences make the house yet is completely private and a wonderful oasis. The view of the mountains from aftenterrasen a unique!
