Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). Pebble Beach is a newly built (2022) self contained flat, only a stones throw from the beach and Selsey's RNLI Lifeboat Station. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Can sleep 2 adults and 2 children, using the sofa bed. It has a small sun trap patio and its own roof terrace with sea views. The flat contains a bathroom (with bath and shower), fully fitted and appointed kitchen, dining/lounge area with the double sofa bed, and a separate double bedroom, with a king size bed.

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints.
