NEW - House with a swimming pool in Caminha

Ancient family house, recently renovated by architects with traditional technics and natural elements as wood, iron, and local clay. The structure and basic furniture were handmade, from the stairs to the lights in the open space, made of the old doors and bee’s wax. The swimming pool was built from an old granite water tank with a view from the river just up to the sea. You will love this place due to its location, the country atmosphere so near the beach, and the uniqueness of the house.

This unique house is located in the heart of the Miño River estuary, 1 minute from the Molino beach. Attached to the restaurant cafeteria "O Forte", on the first floor. From its large windows you can see the Minho River, Portugal, the Insua and Monte Santa Tecla. The ground floor has a full kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, small oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker), living room with TV and toilet with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with hairdryer.

It is a completely renovated apartment 50 meters from the beach. Very close to the best restaurants and the Port of the Guard with access 2 minutes to supermarkets and shops.
