Places to stay in Seattle
Nestled atop Beacon Hill, my condo offers amazing views of the Seattle city skyline, the Olympic Mountain Range, and the Puget Sound. Downtown Seattle is an easy bus ride or a quick 20-minute walk away. We're on two bus lines, within a mile of two light rail stops, and have free parking right outside. Ideally suited for couples or solo travelers, my suite also features a comfy futon-style bed for a third traveler or those who don't wish to share the queen bed (see below for more info).
My condo has amazing, panoramic views of what makes Seattle so great: the mountains, the sound, the city skyline, and much more. I promise a clean, inviting, comfortable, and private room. The room is professionally cleaned between guests. For our mutual convenience, you pay a portion of the cleaning fee and I subsidize a portion. Please note that we have an adorable one-year-old golden retriever. She is seldom left alone. She's sweet, fluffy, doesn't bark, and loves to meet people. We think she's the best thing on four legs and think you'll agree. Please ask if you have questions or concerns. I am on two bus lines (36, 60) and less than a mile from the Beacon Hill Transit Station, which connects to the airport. Downtown, the Bolt Bus stop, Amtrak, First Hill hospitals, the International District, Capitol Hill, Jose Rizal Park, the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail, and much more are accessible on foot or by car/bus/light rail. It's an easy walk to the two major Seattle stadiums: Century Link Field, home of the Seattle Sounders and Seahawks, and T-Mobile Field, where the Mariners play. In fact, you can see inside the stadiums, hear the crowds cheer, and appreciate the touchdown/homerun fireworks when they go off. Your bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with lots of pillows and extra linens provided. The room has plenty of shelving, closet space, and natural light. If you don't wish to share the bed with your traveling companion, or in the case of a third guest, the small couch folds down into a futon-style bed (let me know if you'd like to take advantage of this option!). PLEASE NOTE and in the interest of full disclosure: the three-guest option isn't ideal for three grownups staying for more than a night or two. People do it, but it gets cramped and I personally wouldn't enjoy the experience. Any questions? Let's talk before you book! Your private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Two steps door-to-door. It features a marble countertop, full bath/shower combo, and I provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer in the hopes that these little conveniences will allow you to travel a bit lighter. There is abundant, free street parking, and while zoning restrictions do apply during the work week, unzoned portions are less than a block away.
The condo is within a mile of some great Pioneer Square/Beacon Hill/International District shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and trails, downtown, SODO, and much more. The Bolt Bus and King Street Station (Amtrak) are also within walking distance. The closest grocery store is about .8 miles away.
  • This was a fantastic stay. The view alone was worth it! Chris and Haley were extremely friendly hosts. The communication was great and they made me feel at ease. Would definitely stay here again.

  • This place is awesome! Me and my partner love this place so much. The owner keep a cute and energetic puppy at home and we had fun with her. The place is good, the night view was is amazing, everything is perfect. Hailey is really nice and reply the message so quick.

  • Our host Chris was a wonderful understanding person for opening up his home to us midweek. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and nothing beats that view! I spent more time on that balcony than I did in the condo! I can't forget to mention his wonderful sweet golden retriever Annie who will follow you everywhere for ear scratches and belly rubs if you let her. Also, this place is a quick drive away from the heart of Seattle and we have no complaints about being able to find our way around. Thank you again for everything Chris! If I'm ever in the area again you can bet that I'll be checking to see if your place us available! ~Kaela and Kyle

  • Great location and wonderful building. I would stay here again!

    Cassie2018-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Cute place, a building with excellent security so we felt very safe! The parking was convenient, even though the parking lot was small (and crammed compared to what we're used to in Canada) it was not hard to find parking at all. Futon was very comfortable, and small kitchenette is well equipped (only there was no kettle for hot water - but it's no big deal, we just microwaved water for our tea haha). Olivia was very accommodating to our schedule and quick at responding to Airbnb. The place is easy to walk to Pike Place market.

Large room w/ queen bed, private vanity/sink, closet and drawers. Direct access to shared shower/toilet. Gated condo on N Beacon Hill 1 mi S of downtown Seattle. Walk or bus to downtown, stadiums (about 1.5 mi, bus stop is across the street). Bus to Broadway District, Seattle U. Easy access (1 mile) to Link Light Rail to airport, downtown, Broadway, University of WA. All are welcome. I enjoy meeting and interacting with all ages, genders and cultures.
N Beacon Hill is a safe, mixed neighborhood. Coffee shops, restaurants, brew-pub, markets, gas, and light-rail are a short mile walk or bus ride. Bus stops across the street. The Little Saigon neighborhood is 10 minutes on foot. Downtown, 30 - 40 min. Easy freeway access in all directions. Safe, all-day parking on the street.
  • The room is very convenient and clean. Bill is very welcoming and helpful. we had many interesting talks around shared meals. Highly recommended

    Corentin2018-04-18T00:00:00Z
  • Bill was a very helpful and accommodating host, providing detailed directions and parking information prior to check in and was generally on hand for a quick chat or question when needed. The room was very comfortable and Bill has put together a useful folder detailing local eateries, bars and travel information. Beacon Hill is a great spot to stay, with regular buses downtown and a view over the city. Perihelion Brewery and Oak Bar (Less than 5 mins in an Uber) are welcoming local places for a drink and a bite to eat. In the morning, Pruf Coffee Shop is a 10 minute walk and does excellent fresh coffee and home-made baked goods. Can 100% recommend a stay here.

  • Expect everything you read. Great stay!

    Rohit2018-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • Bill has a nice condo in a perfect location for getting to all different parts of Seattle. It's close to a bus stop, about a 15 min walk to the light rail station, and also affordable to take lyft/uber to and from. We found Bill to be a very relaxed and accommodating host! He offered coffee in the mornings and had very good suggestions for things to do and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

    Nick2018-05-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay. Elevator is right outside his door. Interesting decor is an added plus and makes for great conversation. Very detailed info on getting there and getting in. Great conversation too.

    Henry2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying at Bill’s place. He was a very kind and hospitable host and gave us some good local tips for things to do in seattle. The place was very clean! The bathroom is shared, but it was totally fine. The walk to the market is probably about 40 minutes, which is a little lengthy, but doable! All in all a great place to stay.

    Caysie2018-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • The experience was perfect from the beginning to the end. The condo is just steps away from one of the most amazing sunset views I've ever seen. The city is absolutely reachable on-foot within few minutes. Bill's knowledge of Seattle and its culture is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed all of his recommendations. We loved staying with Bill in Seattle and would definitely stay with him again if we're ever back in the city!

    Oliver2018-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Bill's place. The location itself is very close to the stadium area and International District. There is a park right next door that has a great view of the city. In terms of getting to downtown we just took an Uber each time and it only cost $7-$9 or so. The value you get staying here is excellent! As for Bill, he was a great host and was very accommodating. He is very friendly and we had some great conversations. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was super easy and Bill even picked us up at the bus stop at the bottom of the hill which was very nice of him! (If you are coming from the airport, this is an easy place to reach via the light rail, I highly recommend this option over Uber from the airport because Seattle traffic is a little crazy) All in all this was a great stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again to Bill for his hospitality!

Rise from your slumber to a beautiful view of the puget sound and Olympic mountains. Private room with comfortable decor, natural light, vaulted ceiling and a private bath w/shower. It is simple and easy bus or drive to Ballard, Fremont, and downtown Seattle. There are markets, great restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
Beautiful town home just a few blocks north of Greenwood(neighborhood). Great food and pubs nearby, but not too close. It's quiet, peaceful, and you'll enjoy a great nights sleep before and after exploring the city.
Greenwood is one of the oldest and best Seattle neighborhoods. Great food, pubs, and a market are all walkable. Carkeek and several other parks are just down the street.
  • Thanks Daniel for being a wonderful host. I love the view from the room. Your place was clean and quiet and very accessible even with public transport. Would definitely stay at your place again when I visit Seattle next time.

  • Great location, not the best stay.

    Taylor2017-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Daniels place is as described and has a wonderful view. He was busy with homework but always quick to respond to questions. Would recommend his house for stay in Seattle any time!

    Sumirtha2018-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I are an elderly couple using Airbnb for the first time on this trip. The description of this place to stay did not include the three long flights of stairs to the room. We had booked three days there and had to leave upon checking in knowing that the climb would be too much for us. The bedroom is very small with only a bed. The bed is small for two people. Parking was a real problem because it is a very crowded area. The place is not really that close to the sea as I would have expected. We did not but had to go and get a motel room.

    Judy2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Daniel’s place is bit out the city, but with the bus nr5 from downtown it will get you there with in 40 min. The room is in a private house, there for there is no private entrance to the room. You walk through his living room to enter the room. Even though I felt comfortable doing that. I felt the communication at the beginning was bit slow, I had to wait outside his door for half an hour before could get in. I acquainted with him the same evening, Daniel was friendly, Good bed and shower and a refrigerator in the room.

    Mevan2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Due to my late arrival around 10:05pm, i couldn’t find the place well and door button either. And i haven’t get any response from the host during my three nights stay until I left the room, even though he stays in the same apt. There was a coffee machine but no cup, no water were provided. Trash can in the bathroom wasn’t emptied when we arrived The whole apt was smelly. not ventilated enough. I had to open the window over night to breathe. Nothing was impressive but the price.

Upscale, intimate, modern condo located in the Pike/Pine corridor, the heart of one of Seattle's most desired neighborhoods, Capitol Hill. Access to two major bus lines, walking distance to great bars and restaurants, along with quick navigation to downtown Seattle. With a walk score of 98, the unit is located within walking distance to the best Seattle has to offer. Update! I can also provide a parking pass to make street parking a bit easier. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
This space is unique because it is super clean and located in the heart of Capitol Hill while still being extremely quiet and cozy.
I love the abundance of amazing restaurants, bars, dance clubs, and parks in lovely Capitol Hill. Some of my favorites are Pony, Tavern Law and Rplace just to name a few.
  • Roy's place is in a great location and check in was very easy. The guest parking pass for street parking was a huge benefit as well. Highly recommend for a stay in Seattle.

  • This place is amazing! Walking distance from all the good spots and the rooftop is an added gem where you are able to view the space needle. 10/10 would stay here again

    Scotty2019-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • Roy's place is close to public transportation to Downtown. I stayed with my husband and we walked just about everywhere as the city is very walkable. The building is very clean and quiet. It was nice having a fridge and dishes.

  • good value / location

    Jeff2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great location - very clean with everything you need. Lack of insulation between floors means that you hear some noise from the floor above, but the building is generally fairly quiet.

    Jillian2017-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Marianne's apartment is really nice and the location great - right in downtown Seattle. We had a problem with the radiator during our stay which is why we wished to checked out one day earlier. Marianne was very nice and helpful with changing the booking details. Thanks a lot for this!

  • Marianne was great! Communication was so easy and she was very helpful in giving us tourist tips! The apartment is exactly as pictured but the pictures don't do it justice! It is much cleaner and beautiful in person! The apartment was perfectly located we could walk to everything!! I would absolutely stay here if I ever came back to Seattle.

    Annie2016-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location! Would definitely recommend it!

    Lynette2019-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • We eventually settled in after Marianne ignored our refund request. The first night I wrote this review: “From the start we regretted booking here. Where to begin? The loud street noises (like the windows were open), broken WiFi (so much for Netflix and chill), stark and cold lighting (maybe a couple more lamps, or dimmer?), and I’ll-equipped, sloppy kitchen, all coupled with the disappointment of realizing how their listings photos were inaccurate and deceptive. Different furniture from the photos and awkward and prolific house instructions—this lacks the warmth and touch of a true bnb. No hand towels? Rather, it’s obvious the owners (who were unresponsive and in another time zone, traveling) had multiple other listings. Quality fixtures matched with sharpied-on soap dispensers, cheap product, and broken handles. Great location, comfortable mattress, but missing a lot of love.” After requesting a refund the first night, Marianne had her manager call me to schedule a tech visit to fix the WiFi. the internet tech visited two days in, he couldn’t fix it. Marianne gave us the WiFi code for another listing she owns in the building, but it couldn’t sustain Netflix streaming. I get it, these things happen—but sometimes you gotta know when to refund somebody because your listing needs a fix up. While the location was incredible, this is the most frustrating and disappointing airbnb I’ve ever stayed it. Definitely going to do better research before booking somewhere new. This place is worth it for a night or two, a good alternative to hotels, but it needs some tlc to become the beautiful/clean listing it suggests on its page.

  • Lovely place with great access!

    Kathleen2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • This place is in a great location. But you must be ok with city noise. The light rail is window level to the apartment and is only 15- 20 feet away. Parking isn’t the best but it’s not good in any city. I would stay here again.

    Ryan2018-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location

    Daniel2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Marianne's place in Seattle. The studio was very clean, charming, and cozy. The photos are very accurate, might even be nicer in person. Also very well located, walking distance from great restaurants and cafés right in center of town. We almost wish we were staying in Seattle a bit longer to stay there for a few more nights. Marianne was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly she responded, her clear communication to make the arrival very smooth, and even gave us some great recommendations for the area. Great experience over all!

    Isabel2015-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was wonderful. The best part of it was the location - so close to downtown, Pikes Place, Capitol Hill, etc. We were within walking distance of coffee and restaurants, which was really helpful. Marianne was accommodating and friendly. She made sure our check in and check out was easy and kink-free. The most difficult part was finding parking.

This is a 400 sq foot cozy studio with French doors that provide a private entrance in a nice safe neighborhood of Seattle. It is great for couples, solo travelers, business travel, and the occasional 3 person family. It’s in the city so there will be traffic sounds and occasional footsteps upstairs. Perfect alternative for a hotel stay!
The space is open with the bedroom and living area. It has one wet bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The Studio is located in Ballard close to bus lines downtown and everywhere. It is also close enough for a small hike to Golden Gardens one of Seattle’s best beaches. Sunset Hill, Loyal Heights, and North Beach are all around us. Along within a few blocks of Larsons Bakery, a connivence store, restaurants, and coffee shops.
This is a lovely neighborhood with easy access to downtown. You will feel like a local instead of a tourist. What I love most about the area is the beach access within a 20 min walk or 5 min drive. There is also a beautiful view of the sunsets at Sunset Park a few blocks away. It is a nice suburb area of Ballard and feels very safe. Downtown Ballard is a 5 min drive and a quick bus ride away!
  • Great place in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were a little noisy but I would stay here again.

    Tyler2019-10-11T00:00:00Z

Very easy to find parking and very close to public transport to downtown. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  • Perfect for an overnight stay! Close enough to the city to get out and explore but far enough away that it's quiet.

  • GREAT location and a cozy clean space.

    Cameron2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • The cozy space is just what we needed. A clean, quiet place to sleep. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk/hike to Golden Garden park, and only about 7 minute car ride to all the popular bars/restaurants in Ballard.

  • A lovely simple flat in a quiet part of Seattle. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt safe, cozy and protected. I loved the area with the charming homes, the beautiful park nearby and quick and easy access to public transportation. Absolutely would return again.

We're also a very short ride to downtown Seattle, the University of Washington, Pioneer Square, Sports Stadiums, Seattle Waterfront, and Seattle Center w/Space Needle.
  • Extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Great location. Tiffany was quick to respond to questions. Would stay again!

  • Tiffany's place is great! Clean and cozy, with an awesome updated kitchen and bathroom. It was a great home base for a few days to explore Seattle. Super easy check-in, quiet space, with great bars/restaurants/public transportation within minutes. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to check out the area.

    Anna2019-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • We were fortunate to be Tiffany’s first Airbnb guest at this quaint studio apartment. You cannot beat the location and ease of access to everything Seattle has to offer. Tiffany was fast to respond to all our needs and included thoughtful touches to the apartment like soft towels, fully equipped kitchen, and medicine cabinet items. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was perfect for a weekend in Capitol Hill. Highly recommend!

    Anna2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Really clean and perfect stop for Seattle. Included secure parking was really nice and it was walking distance from grocery stores and bars/restaurants. We had couple of dumb questions (how do you turn on a shower?) and the host replied quickly.

    Erin2019-11-19T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely place in a great location in Seattle. Tiffany was great to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. A bonus to have parking included.

Sit back in a designer armchair where new hardwood flooring meets an exposed brick wall of yesteryear. A modern apartment has been carved out of a vintage urban structure. It's a warm and inviting space offering a full size kitchen with a gas stove.
The apartment is in Pioneer Square, Seattle’s oldest neighborhood, beside baseball and football stadiums. The area is busiest after dark, for dancing, live music, and spicy food. Its used-book stores and antique shops are particularly good.
  • Great hospitality, beautiful space!

  • Place was awesome! Perfect location, super clean, and John was always quick to respond.

    Bryce2018-12-11T00:00:00Z
  • The space is charming and clean, exactly as the photos show! Had easy access to everything, so many great places nearby to see, do, eat and drink. Such a comfortable spot, and John's communication was timely and comprehensive with great recommendations.

    Brian2018-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • John was very quick to respond when we requested late and gave us a bunch of great tips on where to go and what to see! I would definitely stay again!

  • This is a great location, fantastically renovated apartment with all the amenities. I'll be back!

  • My wife and I had a great time. Great location right between Pioneer Square and SoDo. Parking was a nice amenity and really made getting in and out a breeze. We would definitely use it again. The owner did a great job communicating everything we needed to know and he was also pretty accommodating of any requests we had. Overall - great experience!

    Tim2018-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • John was a great host and overall, we had a nice time staying at his place. It was very clean, the check in/out process was easy, and John was a fantastic communicator. There were just a few small things we didn’t enjoy about our experience: About the unit: * We didn’t find the bed or bedroom pillows the most comfortable. * The shower situation also isn’t ideal. You have to manually hold the shower head wand with one hand, since the clip that holds it doesn’t actually point the shower head down towards you. About the location: * Although we loved the character of Pioneer Square and its proximity to Pike Place, we were kept up at night by several altercations between homeless people on the street. The unit doesn’t have the best soundproofing, so we had some trouble sleeping through it. * I should note that we never felt unsafe in the area, but there’s unfortunately a notable homeless population on this block. Again, John was super friendly and a great host. Barring a few setbacks, we still had a positive experience overall.

    Mike2019-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great stay at John's place!! Great location for walking downtown and to the stadiums. As others have mentioned, parking is the biggest problem, but it's better on the weekend. If you don't have a car to park and you can walk or UBER to get around John's place is perfect. Place is clean with good amenities. Noise is typical city noise and was not particularly bothersome. Would stay there again.

You're literally right next to the Convention Center. You're also a short walk into all the cool shops, restaurants, cafes in the Downtown and Capitol Hill areas.
  • Marianne's place is perfectly located! It was perfect for my boyfriend and I's stay and we would definitely stay with Marianne in the future again.

    Joy2016-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • Marianne's place was exactly as described, a clean and cozy minimalist place. This listing is perfect for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to lay their head after a day of exploring the city. It is very centrally located so you can walk anywhere of interest, or find easy transportation if you so desire. Marianne was promptly to respond during our interactions before I got to her place.

    Jessica2016-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • Stay away from Marianne until she cleans up her act. Upon arriving at the address, we could not locate the entrance described in the document sent to us. We then tried an alternative door, and tried to gain entrance, but no fob was attached to the key we had found in the key box at the nearby grocery store. Eventually we tagged in after another person, but the concierge stopped us, saying without the 'official entrance' with fob, we had to have someone from the apartment call down to let us in. But of course, this was impossible, as no one was in the apartment. She eventually let us in and we went up the elevator. The key did let us into the apartment. At that point, we tried calling three phone numbers on the instructions sheet we had downloaded: we called Marianne, but there was no answer. We then called the next person on the paper, her husband (a San Francisco number) but no answer, then finally we called the number listed as 'last option', the cleaners. Someone then DID answer. We explained (1) there was NO fob, so we couldn't enter the apartment building without it, (2) there was only one key whereas Marianne had agreed in a message months before that there would be two sets of keys (so both myself and my wife could come and go independently), (3) we could not log in to the wifi using (a) the login and password provided in the instructions we had received, nor (b) the login and password on the side of the router, and (3) there was only a partial roll of toilet paper and no replacement rolls. The man who answered said he would (a) bring over another key WITH a fob, (b) find out the login and password for wifi, (c) bring toilet paper. He DID do all of that. We asked him about getting the second key and fob, and he said he'd do that. He never did. We continually called and texted him that Monday and Tuesday asking about the key, as well as asking about a shower mat for the shower, where the floor was very slippery. Never a response from him. The last night there, we found in a dark closet floor, a shower mat, but we had no idea it was there until the end. It is a great location for the conference center. Unfortunately it was a stressful week for us, because of the failure of the host. We have never had any problems before, in airbnb stays around the world.

    John2017-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Marianne's apartment was very nice. The directions to get in were clear and the space was as advertised. It is a good location if you want to be close to downtown/the stadiums but also want to be able to go to some of the other neighborhoods to hang out.

    Brendan2016-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • I called the the phone number listed on the reservation email. Left two messages. I used the keypad at the apartment several times. Went to some voice mail system. Left two messages. It was 12:30am and I was carrying several thousand dollars in A/V gear and wasn't keen on spending the night in the "lobby". I waited to hear from the host until the next morning when I had to make a choice to secure a room for the week. Since the Sheraton graciously found a room for me despite being a large conference week and not hearing from my host, I committed to the remainder of the week at the Sheraton. The host is denying everything, claiming I never called (there is a security camera proving I was never let in), Airbnb has refused a full refund claiming I didnt call them that night. So, despite my one hour of buzzing and calling the host, NEVER being granted access to the property, additional cab rides at 1am and over $1000 in hotel charges I am being refused a full refund which is contradictory to the policy: 1. Travel Issue A “Travel Issue” means any one of the following: (a) the Host of the Accommodation (i) cancels a booking shortly before the scheduled start of the booking, or (ii) fails to provide the Guest with the reasonable ability to access the Accommodation (e.g. does not provide the keys and/or a security code). I am cancelling all future reservations with Airbnb and will never use this service again, my company will never use this service again and they will be hearing from my attorney.

  • This place was very, very convenient to the Convention Center, and had everything I needed for a 5 day trip. Overall I had a very comfortable stay, and Marianne was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was very easy, and Marianne worked with me when I needed to coordinate an alternative plan for checkout.

    Erin2017-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Decent place, better location. Quick walk to Pike Place Market. 1 block from convention center.

    Laine2019-08-21T00:00:00Z

Take up a glass of wine and unwind on one of the rooftop decks -- amazing skyline views. Casual and modern furnishings with botanical prints and soft carpeting for a warm atmosphere in this low-key, mid-century, downtown high rise. Separate guest quarters with a private bedroom, private bath, big screen smart TV, free luggage hold, free WiFi, free mini bar. No deposit, no checkout checklist. C’mon in and relax.
Greetings from Seattle. Thanks for considering my place. I've worked to make this the best Airbnb deal in downtown Seattle -- no deposit required, no "check-out checklist" to clean, change linens or do laundry before leaving -- you just leave when you're ready and Nadia, the world's best housekeeper, will take care of everything. The calendar is always up to date, so if you're Airbnb-verified, you can book immediately with Instant Booking. Otherwise, drop me a note and let me know a little about yourself and why you're coming to Seattle. Here's more... This is a private bedroom and private bathroom in a condo, just off Pike Street. An ideal hotel alternative: the best in comfort, price, and location -- a half block east of the Central Business District that includes the Convention Center, a 7-minute walk from the Westlake Light Rail link to/from the airport, a block south of the Pike Pine Corridor which encompasses the Retail Shopping Core, and a block west of Capitol Hill, Seattle's most prominent area for nightlife and entertainment. This location has a walk score of 97 out of a possible 100, and a transit score of 100, meaning it's easy to get anywhere from here using Seattle's famous and inexpensive public transportation. You'll have a totally private accommodation -- chances are you won't meet the hostess unless you'd like to because the guest quarters are separate from the main condo. As it gets closer to your arrival, you'll get an email explaining where to pick up the keys, along with a lot of other information about getting to downtown from the airport or train or BoltBus and lots of recommendations for things to do. When you see the location on a map it will look like the building is separated from the rest of downtown by a freeway, but the freeway runs under the city here, so it won't block your walking, and as for noise, these accommodations are on the quieter side of the building with double pane windows, comparable in quiet to the Sheraton down the street. A parking permit for free street parking is provided for guests who do drive. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you plan to use your car a lot during your stay, you might want to choose another accommodation or pay for parking in the many lots in the vicinity. You won't need a car -- first, you'll be downtown within walking distance to shopping, theaters, museums, Pike Place Market, two great shopping malls, many restaurants, cafes, and more. If you want to venture out a little, Seattle is known for its low-cost public transportation that's highly accessible from where you'll be staying, and UBER or cabs are easy to reserve (or hail, even), plus their rates are reasonable, especially Uber and Lyft. Accommodations include a wonderfully comfortable queen-size bed made up with Egyptian-quality linens and hypoallergenic bedding. Spa robes, too, and private bathroom across the hall. Once you book, there are no other costs to you, unless you want maid service during your stay. Plenty of extra bed and bath linens always available. The accommodations include free high-speed internet access (WiFi), Cable+43” HD smart tv and your own little kitchen area with microwave, toaster, drip and presse coffee makers, a mini bar refrigerator/freezer -- perfect for breakfasts and light meals, and washer/dryer on the premises. Nightly rates start at $99. I price the way hotels do, highest during high summer season and special events, low in the off season. Rates can go as high as $219 during special events, like Comicon and Pax, which is about a third to a quarter what you'd pay at a hotel for similar accommodations. The condominium is a secure environment with an on-site building manager, front desk concierge, and proud to be LGBT friendly. There are two rooftop decks with outstanding city views. This downtown oasis has been a downtown favorite since 1999. Breakfast: Your mini-bar will be stocked with complimentary breakfast fare including muffins or bread, Greek yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, fresh fruit, regular and decaf coffees, lots of teas, butter, jam, and bottled water. Let me know in advance if you'd like us to make a substitution (no extra charge). Plus, we're happy to get special items and have them here for your arrival -- like champagne or a favorite cheese, at cost (no service charge). This is a comfortable, private get-a-way, a couple short blocks from the Convention Center, a half block from Hilton Suites, right up the street from the Sheraton, and four short blocks to Pacific Place Mall. The location is amazing. The calendar is always up-to-date, so you can rely on the dates. I hope you book with me. Sincerely, Siena, your hostess, and Nadia, the great
The apartment is situated where Downtown meets Capitol Hill, with restaurants, cafes, museums, live theater and hundreds of shops within a few blocks. You'll be within a 5-minute walk of the Convention Center and a short walk of everything wonderful that downtown Seattle has.
  • Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Siena's B&B. Our favorite thing about the B&B was its location. We walked everywhere--Pike Market Place, the waterfront, the Space Needle, etc. Siena/Nadia also left a wonderful variety of breakfast foods/snacks for us to enjoy during our stay.

    Meredith2012-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • If you're looking for a great Airbnb experience, here is the place to start! Airbnb should use Siena to train other hosts. She'll give you ALL the information you need about her place and has just the "right balance" between being friendly and helpful without being pushy or hovering over your every move. Our experience was exactly as others have described. I have to just reiterate the attention to detail. Plenty of towels (no reusing if you don't want to), plenty of snacks & goodies, plenty of TWO PLY toilet paper, batteries, rubber bands, staplers, just about everything you can think of - Siena has already thought of it first ;) A couple of notes about the location, if you're going to a convention, grab this place - it is SOOO close to the convention center, a very easy walk. And it is also within walking distance to all the major downtown attractions of Seattle for those on vacation. If you're in a car, I'd recommend looking up the "Zone 21" parking areas (where you can use the free pass Siena provides) around the condos and then parking your car and leave it there (up to 72 hours) as you walk to your destinations. It is in the city (good for walking :-), but if you're not used to city noises at night, Siena also provides a "white noise" machine for your use. The condominium itself is quieter than most hotels I've stayed at in big cities. Again, if you're on the fence about Airbnb, this is a GREAT spot to get started, Siena does a wonderful job of making sure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay at her place.

  • Sienna was great ! Recommended.

    Ken2014-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • The accomodation was awesome! Everything was exactly as described! When we arrived, Siena had stuffed the fridge with cold beverages and also fresh fruits, toast, yoghurt... and even flowers were prepared for us. We also met Siena during our stay and she is such a nice and helpful person who made everything to make us feel comfortable. We really had a wonderful time staying in Siena's apartment- all sights of Seattle were in a walking distance and the rooftop decks were wonderful for relaxing in the evening. This accomodation is highly recommendable - I will stay here again the next time visiting Seattle! Thank you very much, Siena!

    Kerstin2016-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Siena's place was perfect for our stay. Walkable to everything we wanted to see, and a short Lyft ride to the further areas. We were very pleased with the location, and the condo was very cute! Thanks so much!

    Morgan2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • The room was very clean, and the double bed very comfortable, which was important since I was there on business. The room is just the right size for one person, a smudge crowded for two people, but doable. The little "kitchenette" was handy and functional. It was also well stocked. Siena had a quart of milk inside, fresh fruit, muffins, four fresh eggs with instructions on how to make egg/cheese/muffins in the microwave, and more. The room is on the 7th floor, but the elevators are quick, smooth, and large, so I never waited. The location was great for downtown. I was in the convention center just across the street. It was very convenient! Siena was very helpful whenever I was in need. She is a dear. Remember, Seattle is a major city, so downtown parking is difficult, but Siena had a zone parking pass, which gave me an advantage. I will stay with her again in the future.

    Elfried And Thomas2017-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great location! Walkable distance to a lot of places around the city. The Airbnb is great! Siena makes sure you have everything you need and more. She gives you a lot of details on how to get around the city, on things to do, places to eat at etc. which is very helpful. The place is clean and very chic just as advertised. I would definitely come back here.

    Aparna2019-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • An absolutely wonderful experience. A lovely place to stay, but the many thoughtful and welcoming touches make this a truly remarkable experience. From the fresh fruit awaiting me, the well stocked fridge with a variety of drinks and food, to the ample bathroom supplies with fresh towels and soap - this whole experience was great! What was also very kind was the great lengths that Siena went to, in order to help me get the best out of my first trip to Seattle. When I arrived there was a printed email message on the desk that told me everything I needed to know about staying in her apartment, but also the best places to go in Seattle. I felt like I was staying with family and had true 'insider' knowledge about how to get around and enjoy Seattle. Plus, it was only a 10 minute walk to get to my conference location. I also must say that Siena is a wonderfully warm host who is dedicated to ensuring that your stay is a positively memorable one. I shall try to come back for sure! My faith in humanity is restored! ;-) Brilliant.

  • Raz is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. The apartment is in the heart of Seattle and has a lot of life within walking distances. Not to mention, it is very quiet when you are in the loft. The apartment is walking distance to some tourist attractions like the Space Needle, and close to many public transits to get you further away. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Seattle!

  • Raz was an amazing host, and I will definitely be coming back! Not only was the location in the heart of downtown, but the apartment itself was the cutest thing ever. The cleanliness and the decor of the place made it so homey and comfy. He was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to eat. He replied almost instantly every time. His hospitality was outstanding.

  • Deserves more than 5 🌟!!! Raz is literally the best Airbnb host I've experienced ALL year! Everything inside the condo and the touches Raz has been mindful in adding to any guest stay, will make a person think they're special. From vegan friendly snacks, to extra, plush towels, toiletries and useful knickknacks, will make you glad you chose this location, and you can't beat the building amenities, friendly, mindful, neighbors, and groceries and a plethora of foodie spots within a 5 minute walk radius. Raz is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. I will take him up on his offer for me to book with him again.

In the heart of Seattle and right next to the Space Needle. Perfect location within walking distance to Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum, EMP Museum, Pike Place and many more sites. Great restaurants and bars close by! Full kitchen, bathroom, wifi, queen bed, sofa bed, queen air mattress, and essential supplies for up to 4 people. It gets warm during the summer, but there is a portable AC in the unit.
  • This is a great location and a very good value for Seattle.

    Joseph2018-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • It’s a decent place to solely sleep. Not really a place to hang out. The entry instructions were difficult and unclear. It has your bare essentials so don’t expect too much in terms of decorations or aesthetics. However, Kumail was very responsive to our calls and texts though so when we had trouble getting in, he responded pretty quickly. Another thing to note is that the location is ideal in Seattle and close to everything. The rooftop has a great view of the city too. If I were to go back to Seattle, I’d pick another Airbnb for 5 girls.

    Sonya2018-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was nice, the roof top view is gorgeous when it isn't raining. Specially the view at night. Kumail was really attentive, when we had questions he responded in a timely manner.

  • Kumail was a great host. The place was not clean when we first got there but it didn't really bother me and my friend that much. Kumail got a hold of the cleaner and he came in soon to tidy up the place and also provided some great spots in Seattle. The rooftop was amazing and the place was very cozy. I would stay here again.

  • The unit was as described. Great communication!

  • Logan's spot is all about location. This is actually the second time I've stayed in this space. The donut shop next door is great and the shopping a few blocks down is perfect. Check-in is a breeze with both key pads and fast internet is always a plus.

  • Nice place in an excellent location. The only complaint is that it wasn't cleaned well but the host was very responsive and helped rectify the situation.

    Kat2019-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • This unit is in a great location! Keep in mind that it gets pretty noisy being on a corner so you can hear everything! If you are a light sleeper you might consider another location.

  • Apartment was wonderful! So convenient to everything. My friend and I are walkers and we walked everywhere, from one end of Seattle to the other. Cafes, restaurants, sights all within walking distance. Quiet, friendly, easy to be there.

  • Marianne is a wonderful host who promptly replied to any questions we had and went out of her way to make our 1 week stay in Seattle comfortable and memorable. The apartment is conveniently located next to the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle was only a short 10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and we had no issues checking in and out - Thanks again for hosting us!

  • This place was amazing! Walking distance to Kerry park (less than 10 mins), Space needle (10 mins), and Gas Works Park (50 mins). There is a great pizza/burger place (New York Pizza) less than 10 minutes away with a 24 hr market (QFC) next to the restaurant. Very quiet, felt safe and clean. It was great having such a comfortable place to come back to after a day of walking! Very comfortable bed! Everything was nice and clean. Wonderful view from the balcony! I would definitely stay here again.

  • I stayed at Courtney’s with my ten year old son for a long weekend in Seattle and it was the prefect space for us! Location is great and having the parking space included was a life saver. Courtney’s place is super clean and the decor is very stylish, but also a place you feel comfortable just relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

    Christine2019-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • Loved this condo! It’s so bright, spacious, clean, and well decorated. It’s also really easy to explore from here.

  • No better place to stay in the Queen Anne area. Walking distance to everything you want to see in Seattle

    Jay2019-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great trip, condo was in a great location and Courtney was extremely quick answering questions.

    Jon2017-06-03T00:00:00Z
  • Courtney's condo was a great place to stay. We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Her condo was a immaculate. She was flexible and let us drop our bags off earlier than the check in time. The condo was easy to find and check in was simple. Her instructions to get the keys were clear. The condo was a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle, and you can take a quick monorail ride to Pikes Place Market area from there. Our stay was wonderful and we would happily stay here again.

    Katelyn2017-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Conveniently located. Courtney was easy to get ahold of for local recommendations. Place had cute modern decor and felt like home away from home. Safe easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Matthew was a fabulous host - great communication and response to requests. The unit resides in a secure and modern building close to everything in Capitol Hill. The amenities were as described - comfortable bed, loungy sofa in the living room, and a great kitchen. I recommend Matthew's place.

  • Super cute apartment with amazing amenities! The rooftop patio is a MUST! New, clean, cute, perfect location, and very convenient.

    Katelyn2019-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Matthews place is in a great location. Walking distance to many of the best parts of Seattle. As a plus just a short walk from the link station so you can take the train from the airport rather than a cab or uber. He meeted me on arrival and was very accomodating as my flight was delayed so he had to change his schedule. Gave some local tips which was helpful. Would stay again.

    Mark2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location for visitors looking to be surrounded by a ton of food, coffee, and nightlife options. My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend visit to Seattle and we were easily able to get to the Airbnb from the airport using the Light rail. The apartment was very clean and secure so we felt very safe - would definitely recommend!

    Gina2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Poor communication upon arrival. Place was dirty, spills in fridge. Dark and dingy apartment with low quality furnishings. During the night, the bed broke on me from sleeping. Host was short on phone. Not a very comfortable or happy place. The rooftop, lounge area and location was amazing though. Overall would not recommend. A depressing place to stay.

    Andrea2019-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Matthew’s place was delightful, conveniently located, and incredibly comfortable. The apartment had incredible amenities, and it was worth its cost per night. Hopefully next time I come to Seattle I can stay again! Thank you Matthew!

    Tyler Nichole2019-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • 10/10 would recommend and stay again! Everything we needed was steps from our front door. The place was so cozy and comfortable.

    Alison2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • The place was clean and very comforting. Although we had a couple problems with the host being late to check in and no toilet paper or paper towels left for us. There is no parking but there is a parking garage that let us park for 2 days for very cheap. Otherwise the place was nice and in a good location with lots to do close to us. Overall a good stay.

Kenmore is the perfect jumping-off point for your Pacific Northwest adventure. Easy access to Lake Washington, Downtown Seattle, University of Washington, Woodinville Wine Country, the Burke-Gilman trail, beautiful parks, hiking trails, and lots more!
The room is clean and bright with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet for your belongings, and a private bathroom. Guests are welcome to use our kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and TV. Across the street, frequent Express buses give you direct access to Downtown Seattle and the University of Washington--both a relaxing 30-45 minute bus ride away, depending on traffic. If you're looking for a more active commute, jump on your bike and take the Burke-Gilman trail to your destination instead. Grocery stores, microbreweries, coffee, restaurants, lakefront parks are all within easy walking distance. Bird enthusiasts will want to check out the nearby heron rookery and watch thousands of crows fill the sky at dusk every night on their way home to roost.
Once merely an industrial port town on the northern tip of Lake Washington, Kenmore is quickly blossoming into a vibrant and desirable city. Sites of interest include the nation's largest seaplane-only commercial air facility at Kenmore Air, Bastyr University, the Burke-Gilman trail, St. Edward Seminary and State Park, and numerous other parks.
  • The owners are a very nice couple that are helpful and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Chic urban studio + garage parking in vibrant, trendy neighborhood! Convenient location to the World Famous Pike Place Market, Space Needle, the Waterfront and fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping! Pretty much walking distance to many main attractions, Cruise Terminal Pier 66 and close proximity to the WA State Convention Center and companies like Amazon, MSFT, Zulily. The spirit of Seattle at your doorstep!
Our chic urban studio has high 14ft ceilings, wall of windows for year-round light. Sleep comfortably on a QUEEN sized, memory foam bed. Kitchen is stocked with basic necessities (i.e. dishes, utensils, glasses etc), coffee maker and more. There's a washer & dryer in unit. Studio is in a charming historical building that's centrally located. The lobby of building has exposed brick and wood beams...very PNW feel. Our favorite feature about the space? Wall of tall windows. Our favorite thing about the building? For sure the location.
Belltown is one of Seattle's most hip and vibrant neighborhoods. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, boutiques, bars, jazz and rock venues..... there's so much to do, see and try.
  • Fantastic! Our first experience with Airbnb and may never stay in a hotel again. The condo was perfect. Location, space, cleanliness and thoughtfulness of our hosts was more than I could have hoped for. We really wouldn’t have needed a car, everything was walking distance or we could have ubered for not much at all. Our host has a book with input from previous guests which was so helpful and lots of brochures of attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!

    Brenda2018-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great location with all you will need to tour Seattle. A very comfortable condo at a good price.

  • Martin and Phuong were the most amazing hosts!!! They are so warm and friendly and were very quick to respond to my questions and requests. The unit is exactly what I wanted. It was clean, organized and very cozy. It has a full kitchen, a super comfy queen size bed and a washer/dryer in the apartment. It's very conveniently located...walking distance to downtown and all the Seattle sights. There are plenty of restaurants in case you don't feel like cooking. There are also are lots of great pubs and coffee shops in the neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back to Seattle at some point and would stay here again if it's available! I highly recommend this unit.

  • This place is amazing! We felt very safe, easy access to the shops and being able to park in a private garage is huge plus. The studio was VERY clean and cozy and on clear days you can see the Seattle Space Needle. Lots of places to eat around the area but if you want to eat at the studio you have everything you need. When we come back to Seattle this is where we are going to stay again.

    Ernest2018-12-05T00:00:00Z
  • It felt like home! What a perfect place and stay! It is perfectly located near lots of great restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to Pike Place Market. It was secluded enough that it was quiet and private. Marin and Phuong thought of everything! The place was stocked and they gave us a great run down of where to find everything. They were so sweet and communicated well. They accommodated an early check in as well. Overall great place! We'll be back again!

Charming, one-of-a-kind bedroom in the heart of historic downtown Pioneer Square available for a central home base for being a tourist, attending a convention, or game days! Built in 1890, the Nord was originally a small downtown hotel for loggers and miners that worked on the hill (now Yesler Way). It has brick walls, high ceilings, and all the eclectic charm that comes with a historic building. (Note: There is no elevator in the building. This is a second floor unit.)
The two-bedroom apartment has a private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and full access to the rest of the apartment, including the kitchen and beautiful picture windows that overlook First Avenue. There is plenty of window-watching, especially on game days, when fans parade down First Avenue on their way to the stadiums, or just viewing the excitement of downtown Pioneer Square. There is also full access to wi-fi and television with Amazon Prime and Sling if you're not busy exploring downtown Seattle. Everything is in walking distance, including Pike Place Market, the International District, the harbor, museums, aquarium, sculpture park, exceptional shopping, the Washington State Convention Center, and overwhelming options for food and drink. And of course, the stadiums if you are here for a game. There is no need for a car. It is a quick walk to the light rail to the airport or the Amtrak station, and the streetcar runs approximately every 15 minutes and is right outside the backdoor. Very convenient if you don't walk to walk with bags from the station and if you want to explore beyond downtown. Please note: The apartment is located in a very vibrant and exciting neighborhood. There will be city noise, especially on weekends and weekend evenings. This space is also a home. Although you will probably rarely see us during your visit, my senior pup and I consider it our downtown home. It is very charming, but the apartment is not hotel-perfect, and has some loving wear-and-tear on furniture and details. However, your room should be beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and you can contact me at any time if it is not and you have problems or questions. Your pup is welcome if well-behaved and not a barker (it is a very small building) and for a $15 per night fee. Happy travels, and welcome to Seattle, wherever you choose to stay!
You are in the heart of historic Pioneer Square with easy access to stadiums, downtown, Pike Place Market, and the waterfront. Plenty of public transportation and rideshare available, so no need for a car! Link rail to the airport and Amtrak is a close walk away.
  • Peggy’s place is beautiful and the location is perfect. I felt safe staying there as a solo female traveller - will be back as soon as I can!

Lucy was extremely fast at responding to any questions we had and was always so kind. She had all the amenities we needed and even more than expected. • This was a perfect mini vacation. The view is even more amazing than as seen in the ad. There was plenty of room, high quality touches from the shades to the shower to the 2 big screen TVs. Several thoughtful personal touches were added, more than any other Airbnb I’ve rented. And Glen and Maggie explained everything clearly from entry codes to departure. All in all, a first class experience. Highly recommend this diamond on Portage Bay.

    Linda2018-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The photos do not do this property justice! The views of the bay in the evening are amazing. The property is incredibly clean with great amenities and in a lovely neighborhood. I will check the availability of this property before booking a hotel on for future Seattle visits. A guest could not ask for better hosts!

    Karisa2016-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing space. Hosts were fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice. Loved the location and the recommendations. Outstanding! Highly recommended!

    Heather2018-04-08T00:00:00Z
  • This house is great. If you are looking for a house without washer and dryer, choose this one.

    Zhengzheng2019-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • This location is exactly as described and more. It had a wonderful view and was very well kept and modern inside. This would be my first choice of places to stay next time we visit the Seattle area. The hosts are nice people and were very easy to communicate with. Checking in was easy as well. This location is walking distance to several places to eat and the views of Portage Bay are unbelievable! The drive to downtown was easy and only took between 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. It is the perfect spot to stay. With the sofa bed, the inflatable bed and queen sized bed in the bedroom, this was the perfect size for us and our two girls. We highly recommend this place to anyone who might be considering it.

Located in Belltown Seattle. Walk everywhere while you stay with us! We're a 10-15 min walk to Space Needle, Pike Place, etc. You'll love staying at our clean, neat, newly furnished, professionally cleaned/maintained studio
  • Location is great. Pretty sparse accommodations, no where to sit & work properly. Difficult for people with mobility issues to access bed and shower.

  • Nice play to stay , would book again everything as described

    Matthew2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • This was a nice apartment in an amazing location. It also has roof access during certain hours of the day. It’s right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee places nearby. We were very happy with our stay.

    Ben2019-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I were in town for a concert. Marianne’s place was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. It was affordable, clean, and located in a great part of Seattle. I will look for her place again for the next time we are in Seattle for the night.

    Amy2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Would definitely come again! Great location and the host is clear in their communication. Everything was working. I stayed there by myself, however the space is good for 4 people.

    Joshua2019-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Overall this place has great value. Location was excellent, apartment building was quiet and comfortable, the place had an AC (definitely used this as it got very hot this summer). Small things kept me from giving 5 star- sliding show door was broken, vent in bathroom had no cover, bathroom door difficult to close, nearly empty hand soap in bathroom.

    Galen2019-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Good value for the money. Clean and neat apartment. Responsive host.

    Jake2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Nice space in a great location and the great rooftop terrace has a brilliant view of the space needle. Would be handy to have a few more sets of cutlery. Also had some issues locking the door but I believe this has now been fixed.

My place is close to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Top Pot Donuts and Coffee, Whole Foods Market, downtown shopping. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups of friends. #4min walk to The Westin Seattle #5min walk to Whole Foods Market #10min walk to Washington State Convention Center #10min walk to Space Needle #10min walk to Pike Place Market
  • Unbeatable location. Walking distance to skyneedle, pike place, etc etc. Cute clean space. Everything you need for a quick stay in Seattle.

    Elisa2019-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Bathroom could have been cleaned up a tad bit more. Other that that it was clean. Close to everything

    Cesar2019-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • The best location for the value. Apartment was comfortable and larger than expected.

    Colin2019-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • I appreciated the location of the space and that it was relatively cheap for Seattle. If you’re looking for a place to sleep at night that’s central to many things (and no more), this is a good place to stay. But if you’re looking for a place to be able to hang out in for a bit, or that is even slightly more than basic efficiency in accommodation, I’d look elsewhere. Positives: clear communication, location, water pressure in shower. Drawbacks: much of the apartment seems to be in state of disrepair and the bathroom, while clean, is in rough shape, inc threadbare towels and worse than hotel toilet paper provided.

    Athena2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very nice place, and the location is so convenience.

    Yunliang2019-05-14T00:00:00Z
  • Very tidy cute place right next to a doughnut shop for easy coffee and breakfast, Pikes Place is a walkable distance from here. Would definitely stay here again!

  • Easy place to walk to all the key sights from. The donut shop next door is super yummy too :)

Our historic home was built in 1890. It is one of the smallest condo buildings in Downtown Seattle. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and living space on 1st Ave in Pioneer Square. We share our building with five other owners. We look out for each others' homes and communicate often. NO PARTIES! We have an entrance camera to monitor who comes and goes. Noise levels should be kept respectful at all times.
Our condo is 129 years old and features original exposed brick walls and double hung windows. Our unit faces West overlooking 1st Ave in historic Pioneer Square. The two bedrooms are cozy and inviting. Bedroom one features a queen bed, custom closet and large window looking into the building lightwell. Bedroom two features a double bed, full size dresser and closet. Bedroom two also has a large window that looks into the building lightwell. One bathroom has a full size shower/tub, toilet, vanity, and storage cabinet for your toiletries during your stay. The living room has a couch, love seat, ottoman, sitting chair, flat screen TV with local channels, an Amazon FireStick and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, sink, and all the utensils you should need.
The old but new Seattle! Pioneer Square is being revitalized and is growing day to day. Things you can experience only a few blocks away include sporting events, stadium tours, the underground tour, architectural walking tours, ghost tours, restaurant and food tours, the Emerald City Trolly, the Smith Tower Observation deck, and Water Taxi to Alki beach in West Seattle. Some of our favorite things to do nearby are happy hour at Elliott's on the waterfront, explore Pike Place Market (.7 miles away), attend Pioneer Square Art Walk (the first Thursday of every month), sporting events, and explore new restaurants and bars in the area.
  • Justin and Ana have a great spot to rent in Seattle. Premier location within walking distance to Pike's Place, Safeco/CenturyLink, waterfront, etc. The condo has also been updated and is very upscale. Amenities are top notch. They were also very helpful for first timers in the city. A number of their recommendations were highlights of the trip for dining and activities. Would highly recommend.

    Andrew2016-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our time staying at Justin & Ana's place. The location is very convenient to center of Seattle. Rooms are clean and tidy, everything is very thoughtful.

  • Great spot in Seattle and perfect for two couples! Very trendy and safe.

    Jason2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Wow-what a fantastic place! Centrally located and perfect for a recent business trip to Seattle. The hosts could not have been nicer or more supportive - great communications throughout and accessible and accommodating when I needed help with something.. It's exactly as its described in the listing. I will certainly be back.

    Andrew2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Justin and Ana were awesome hosts! They love the city and were very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed staying with them in their beautiful home.

    Brian2016-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Justin's place in Pioneer Square makes for a perfect launching pad if you are in Seattle for a Seahawks game. A very clean and cool space is a great location.

    Jamie2016-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you Justin & Ana for your warm welcome! It was lovely to be able to drop off our luggage and start exploring Seattle. Their location is ideal for walking to lots of interesting places. Also for us, it was perfect for connecting to King Street Station - the Amtrak Railway station. When we returned for our 'check-in' time, we were provided with a useful introduction to their delightful apartment. It was exactly as described. Thank you for being our hosts!

    Peter2016-05-18T00:00:00Z
  • I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The location is absolutely wonderful and close to everything. First avenue is loud, but the bedrooms are in the back, so you’re still able to sleep soundly. The apartment is so adorably decorated and modern, it’s like being in a design magazine advertisement. The place is sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable and Justin & Ana respond to questions quickly. I highly recommend staying here if you’re lucky enough to do so!

Welcome to Seattle! Cozy studio apartment with AC with dedicated parking spot and washer dryer available in Belltown, close to the Seattle Center. Close to so many restaurants and attractions: 7 min walk to Space Needle, Chihuly, and Pacific Science Center, and a 15 min walk to Pike Place. Parking is an assigned spot inside the parking garage attached to the building (accessed from lobby).
There's a queen bed in the bedroom alcove, and a twin air mattress you are welcome to use. There is a washer and dryer in the apt as well if you need to do some laundry during your trip. We have Roku, Netflix on the TV
walk to space needle, chihuly, restaurants, coffee shops, waterfront, so much to do!!
  • Clean apartment, easy check-in, quick and thorough communication with the hosts, solid location, easy parking outside the building. Everything from start to finish was great, and the instructions and responses provided by the hosts were stellar. I can't stress that enough. The communication was really great. The space itself was roomy enough for my parents and myself. Would definitely recommend this apartment to any future renters!

    Ming2018-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Cute apartment with a great location. Walking distance to many of Seattle’s attractions and restaurants. Seeing the Space Needle from the living room and the rooftop was an added plus! The check in process was smooth and easy. Having a reserved parking spot was great since parking in the neighborhood is hard to come by. Will definitely use this AirBnB the next time we are in Seattle. Thank you Vicky and Justin :)

    Rosemarie2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best time at Justin & Vicky's! Their place is really great and everything we hoped for. We definitely want to stay here again!

    Amy2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great location for exploring Seattle! Lots of delicious places to eat within walking distance. Bonus: Reserved parking spot and laundry in unit are included!

    Angelee2019-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • Space was clean and tidy. Very close to space needle. Justin and Vicky were easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Nice experience.

    Ericka2017-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place with a great location. Walking distance to just about anyplace you want to go. Easy access with mass transit and a nice secure building. Grocery store across 5th street just steps away. (Resturant food in Seattle in more than in New York City.) Plan on using the kitchen. It worked out great for us. Good high speed internet. The large bed in the small bedroom is comfortable but doesn't leave much room. Very comfortable for two people.

    Richard2019-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Justin & Vicky's place was the perfect spot for two of us. It's conveniently located within walking distance to all the sites in Seattle. Very cozy apartment, clean and well cared for. The rooftop was spectacular for viewing the city and the Space Needle. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the area is safe to wander. The parking spot was a huge bonus. Although it is a little tight, but so long as you have a small car it's just right. Justin & Vicky were always quick to communicate and answer questions. Would highly recommend their place in an instant! Thanks for making our weekend!

Update April 2019: Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday during July and August. Please send a request if you’d like to propose more or less days. The Rookery is a serene retreat on the edge of Seattle's Blue Heron Rookery. Two short blocks to Discovery Park's trails to the beach, historical fort buildings, and light house. Two blocks to a coffee shop, yoga studio and grocery store. An easy walk to the Ballard Locks.
My comfortable condo is located at the North end of Magnolia, one of Seattle's safest and most charming neighborhoods. It is located in a small community of seven owner-occupied townhomes and provides a quiet, adult retreat near many of the area's scenic gems with easy access to public transportation.
  • Great value, wonderful location for my travel purposes and excellent, friendly host.

    Suzanne2019-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Ardith's home is wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is on the main floor, but the room and bedroom are a private suite on their own level upstairs. The room is spacious, the bed is pleasant, and the bathroom has all the toiletries you could need.

    Eric2018-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • Ardith was a great host, and the location was very clean and quiet. It's right next to a beautiful park, which we enjoyed as well! Excellent for the price especially. It helped us keep our vacation a little cheaper and spend more on food and events. It was a little difficult to find at first, but the check in process was really easy and clear from there!

    Samuel2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Cute little room and bathroom to yourself! Beware if you are traveling in hot weather!

    Amanda2019-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • The rooms were clean and the bed was really big. You can take a bus into the city because there is a bus station right outside the door. When we had questions she answered right away and was really kind.

    Mareike2019-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • Ardith's place will require a car/bus/Uber-Lyft if you want to go to downtown Seattle, but we enjoyed being away from the bustle at the end of each day. Was especially impressed with all the thoughtful touches in the room, including extra cords, ear plugs, eye masks, etc. Your room and bathroom are the only rooms on the 2nd floor, so it's fairly private. If you stay here, definitely take advantage of the proximity to Discovery Park --- the view of the Puget Sound at the lighthouse is beautiful!

    Lydia2019-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Ardith was an excellent host with a great place. She was quick to respond and her home was clean and cozy, with plenty of amenities. The bedroom was lovely with lots of natural light and a big bed. Everything was located on the top floor, so it was very quiet and private. The neighborhood is safe, serene, and has a great park nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

    Jennifer2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • An amazing space a little ways away from the city. Convenient bus stops and host explained how to use them. Very clean and all the bathroom needs you could want. Washer and dryer are great for a longer stay.

Great location, spacious 1100 sq ft condo. Lake Union views along w Space Needle. Everything you need walking. 5 bus lines within 2 blocks. Uberx $7 to downtown.
This is a unique city condo with a townhouse type style as well as amazing view of the Space Needle from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom is on the second floor which is something to consider if you have mobility issues. From the balcony you have a peak a boo view of Lake Union. You can sit and watch the seaplanes land. The condo been has been updated with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has a full size oven, glass top stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a washer/dryer in the unit. This apartment is on the third floor. The apartment comes with wireless internet and smart TV. I am walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Key area and the Seattle Center. It's a perfect location for the Storm Games and The Key's concerts, Pacific NW Ballet and the Seattle Opera at McCaw Hall. It's also an easy walk to SAM Olympic Sculpture Park and many unique shops and restaurants. Of course you are near the Space Needle and EMP and Pike's Market as well as South Lake Union. Just a 10-15 minute bus ride to the SODO neighborhood and the Mariner's Baseball , Sounders Soccer and Seahawk's football games as well as historic Pioneer Square and the Seattle Waterfront.
I am located in the Mid Queen Anne neighborhood. This is a vibrant neighborhood with the Seattle Center and lots of access to live theater, playhouses, dance, opera, the Seattle International Film Festival, Teatro Zanzanni (a marvelous restaurant and cabaret), and there is Bumbershoot and Folk Life festivals. There are many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores and lots of entertainment, this is a busy neighborhood. On the top of Queen Anne hill you will find a charming few blocks of restaurants and stores on Queen Anne Avenue. One of the best views of Seattle is from Kerry Park on Highland Drive heading up the hill on Queen Anne Avenue. The lower part of Queen Anne is about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown. One of the best parts about living in this neighborhood is how easy it is to walk to just about anything you are interested in.
  • Communication from Tracy was excellent - clear and quick responses. When we arrived, there were welcome notes and good explanations. The location was very convenient, close to town and food possibilities. There was a good bus service just a couple of minutes away. The home was bright, had character and good views. Highly recommended.

    Harry2015-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Tracy's home has an amazing view and great location. Host was welcoming and helpful to us while we stayed. Everything was clean and neat. 100% recommend.

    David2015-04-11T00:00:00Z
  • Tracy was a great host and very accommodating, even over the holiday season. She has a great place, walking distance to lots of Seattle's attractions. Well worth the cost vs traditional hotels in the area.

    Hal2015-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • I've been traveling with airbnb for 4 years. The stay with Tracy was one of the easiest for check-in/checkout and best in terms of communication. Tracy went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay at her place, communication was impeccable. When we had a minor furniture drama at 11pm on Fri night, Tracy was responsive right away and offered solutions. Now the place - what you see is what you get. Sunline, airly, plenty of room for 2 people. This is a loft-ish apt located in Lower Queen Anne. It's very easy to get to Downtown or Fremont through Aurora avenue (route 99). I've done this route 5+ times over the wknd, only takes 10min. It takes about the same time to Capitol Hills as well.

    Dennise2015-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place was BEAUTIFUL and spacious! Very convenient in regards to location if your here to see the sites. The amenities of the stay were spot on. Definitely highly recommended if your staying in Seattle

    Jordan2019-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I visited Seattle for a few days before heading out to Olympic National Park. Tracy's space was perfect for us: Easy check-in/check-out (Tracy even let us have a late check out to accommodate for our later departure), plenty of room, comfy bed and a great location. We walked to Pike's Market, The Space Needle and several other locations downtown. We also walked and road bikes over to Ballard. We were out exploring the majority of our stay so we didn't really use the space other than to sleep and shower; however, Tracy provides everything you would need to cook and relax if that was on your agenda. We would highly recommend!

    Katie2019-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • Super clean, airy and bright condo. Great kitchen, lots of space. Perfect location, walking distance to DT Seattle and major attractions. It was a great home away from home for us, especially while traveling with our 5 month old baby. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

This is a basic unit that we recently took over. We're in the middle of improving and renovating it. While nothing is in your way for your stay, there are a few items that we are currently repairing/replacing. It's ideal for a short stopover/stay until we finish with our renovation. Short walk to anything, everything in downtown. You'll love your location here. (note: our building is currently doing maintenance to our building and the unit faces it)
2nd floor unit (walk up building) - Beautiful corner unit with great natural light - Fast Internet/Wi-Fi - TV with Cable and Unlimited Netflix - Queen Bed + a Daybed + an extra airbed just in case - Nice space saving table for working on the computer, eating a nice snack or meal at home, doing some old fashioned reading and writing
You're a short walk into cool shops, restaurants, cafes in the Belltown and Downtown areas. Walking to Capitol Hill is doable too if you're not in a rush, or it's a 5-10 minute Uber ride away :)
  • Wonderful place! Clean and in a really nice part of town! I forgot my phone in the apartment once I checked out but Logan was kind enough to contact us and get it back to us!

Welcome! We love to host Airbnb guests but we give you lots and lots of privacy. You will be our only guest and you likely won’t see us unless you seek us out. Ask us anything but we won’t bother you if you prefer to stay on your own. We want you to enjoy your stay, no matter what that means to you. Beacon hill is a fantastic neighborhood – great for walking around and grabbing a bite to eat. The light rail is a 10 minute walk and that gets you to downtown or the airport in no time.
Hi! We are Jana and Nick and we'd love to have you stay in our guest room. It has it's own en suite bath and is far away from the rest of the house, so you can have complete privacy. The room has a queen size bed (with an awesome mattress), small TV with cable and a big closet. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryer, so you may be able to get away with packing a little lighter. We live in a townhouse and the bedroom is on the bottom floor. It can get a little cool down there (great in the summer!) but if you ever get chilly, you have your own thermostat, so you can adjust it to your liking. The room has a huge window so you get tons of natural light. The great part is the house is insulated wonderfully so you will never hear us and we will never hear you! Our neighborhood of Beacon Hill is charming, friendly, and has some of the best views in the city. You can see the Cascade mountain range from our house and see downtown, the bay, and the Olympic mountains if you walk about a block. We live 5 blocks away from the new lightrail station, so you can easily catch a ride downtown or to SeaTac airport. Stops just minutes away include the Seahawks and Mariners stadiums as well as historic Pioneer Square. A main bus line also runs about a block away. We do have free street parking and it's usually easy to find a spot very close by. A little about us- We are married and don't have any children (except two sweet orange tabby cats). We both work in the tech world. We are transplanted Texans, but we LOVE Seattle and totally understand why you want to come visit! We won't bug you, but if you want the low down on a few cool places to go, just let us know. We'd love to chat and get to know you a bit. We look forward to meeting you!
We are a 10 minute walk from the light rail which takes you to the airport, the Stadiums, downtown, Capitol Hill and The University of Washington. You can also catch a Uber or Lyft in less than five minutes. There are some delicious restaurants nearby – Baja Bistro, Bar del Corso, El Quetzal, The Oak to name a few. Also, one of the best views in Seattle can be found at Jose Rizal Park, just a five minute walk from our house.
  • Very private, quiet bed and bathroom with good closet space. Very comfortable and easy communication with host!

    Karin2016-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Jana’s place is cozy with great location. In addition, her twin cats are very cute. Parking on the street can be hard due to very steep hill.

    Thanh2019-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I had a great time staying here. The room was very nice, had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The en-suite bathroom was really handy and the bed was super comfortable. We arrived a few hours early, and had no trouble dropping our bags off while we explored Seattle until check-in at 6pm. The house is very conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the light rail station and multiple bus stops, it's really quick to get to downtown. The taco van next to the train station is amazing. I would live in that van just to eat tacos for the rest of my life. Thanks Jana and Nick!

  • Jana and Nick's place is really nice, and the room is like a 4 star hotel room! They really got into details to make the room perfect, extremely clean, and it's nice to have a private bathroom, we were very autonomous. The neighborhood is very calm and pretty, and the location of their place is very convenient : thanks to the Lightrail train, you can get to downtown Seattle or to Seatac airport in 15-20 min. Jana and Nick are very nice hosts, they gave us a list of things to do in Beacon Hill (good advice for breakfast!). A great place to stay!

  • Nice, cozy room with lovely ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The host, Jana, is very nice and helpful. It's easy to go back and forth to downtown as Beacon Hill has frequent bus service. You can even walk to it in about 35 minutes! We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle!

  • I was traveling to Seattle on business and figured I'd take a few days to get out of hotels and into an actual Seattle neighborhood. As a city resident myself, I know how much the good neighborhoods show off the best of a city. Beacon Hill is much more residential than I probably would have chosen if I'd known the neighborhoods, but it is *gorgeous* and you can't beat the views - especially if you're a runner. $10 cab from downtown, $2 bus to downtown from a block away. The spot: Jana & Nick are thoughtful & clean hosts, the bed is SUPER comfy, and you have a private bathroom. Not a private entrance, though (although I barely saw Jana or Nick) and you may feel odd about coming in at all hours when the door "dings" each time it's opened and closed. Just an FYI.

  • It was a great location and super private- we didn't even interact with our hosts once! However, they were very quick to respond to questions via text/Air BnB messaging. The location was also very convenient- close to bus stop and lightrail, which we utilized frequently. Bed was extremely comfortable and good size for 2 people. Only drawback was that it wasn't super clean as we did find a couple of dead spiders upon our arrival.

  • We had a great stay! It was all we needed, clean, quiet, close to the light rail. I'd definitely stay there again.
