In Scario, just two minutes walk from the seafront ( about 100 meters) there is a portion of an apartment consisting of a separate two-room apartment of 40sqm, located on the second floor of a house with garden. It is equipped with mosquito nets and consists of: entrance hall, bedroom with bridge wardrobe -the double bed can be transformed into two single beds-, living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, kitchenette, terrace with sea view, TV, use of the washing machine. Great for a couple. No parking space.

It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and large garden. The type of accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
