The apartment is wheelchair accessible. It has wide doors and everything is spacious from the parking lot to the terrace. The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in case of emergency you can make the accompanying person in the living room acoustically and visually aware of yourself. Kitchen and living room are in a large room. Here, too, high-speed Internet and Netflix are on TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it with us on the property at a wallbox.

Empty or Papenburg can be reached quickly. The North Sea or the Netherlands are just around the corner. The area offers many activities or lakes.

Our apartment is centrally located,but still in a side street. There is one double bedroom with a folding chair. In the children's room there is a bunk bed and a folding couch (1.60 m). There are plenty of toys in the children's room. High chair,baby bed as well as potty and toilet seat are also available. The terrace is still under renovation. Please use the second terrace and our barbecue area. Tip: Freizeitsee Idasee! There is a beach bar, swimming beach and water skiing here.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
