Small luck, charming old building apartment on 100 sqm

"Little luck" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except for the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, floorboards and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment has been extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.

The newly built villa is located at the old chalk quarry of the city and has been built in such a way that you have a beautiful view over the city and even to the sea. Despite the quiet location, a supermarket is a 3-minute walk away and the Sassnitz city harbor is only a 10-minute walk away. From the apartment you can easily hike to the Jasmund National Park.
