There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor.
