Very quiet location in the green, a car is recommended. Living and sleeping room are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment is completely newly built in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sleeping couch in the living area.

The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
