Facing the Eolie island, along the pleasant north-eastern coast of Sicily, between Capo d'Orlando and S. Agata di Militello, located in the community of Torrenova, lies the "Casa Grande" di Santo Pietro estate on approximately 50 hectares of land. The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. ATTIC... "ABOVE" THE SEA!

We are located at the foot of San Marco d 'Alunzio, under the Greek Temple of Hercules (4th century BC). The hilly village is located in the center of the two provincial capitals, Palermo and Messina. Capo d 'Orlando, famous for the sea and its beaches, can be reached in just 20 minutes. The motorway exits of Rocca di Caprileone and S.Agata Militello are 15 minutes away. The view from our terrace is wonderful! More than 90 km of coastline are visible from Cefalù to Capo d 'Orlando, including the Aeolian Islands.

Apartment on the oil mill

In the central body of our farm, the apartment "on the oil mill" is located on the first floor of the ancient building that once housed the olive oil mill. It is accessed via an ancient external staircase. From its elevated position you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the sea with the islands of Alicudi and Filicudi on the horizon. Guests can stroll through the farm grounds, visit the chicken coop, donkeys, vegetable gardens and take a relaxing swim in the pool.
