NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Modern and very well equipped apartment in Brannenburg in the Inn Valley. The apartment is easily accessible from a traffic point of view. 3 minutes from the highway (you don't hear) and 10 minutes walk from the train station... Many hiking destinations, swimming lakes and climbing areas attract visitors. In winter there are several ski resorts in the vicinity and with enough snow there is also a cross-country trail in the village. The cog railway on the Wendelstein starts on the outskirts.

Guesthouse Par Samerberg - one magischer Ort.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unrestricted views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local wood were built completely free of pollutants. A place of letting go, of breathing. With private garden and south-west terrace. The cottage has a large living room with carpenter's kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with spring mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with shower.

Small apartment in the basement of an apartment building. It is particularly suitable for active vacationers. Hikes to the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. Two swimming lakes are located in the immediate vicinity and provide refreshment in summer. In winter, several ski resorts can be reached within about 30 - 45 minutes. It is conveniently located and can be reached by highway. Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached in about 45 - 60 min.

Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at just under 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the comb. Living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you are in 15 minutes on the highway as well as in Brannenburg with many shops. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour.Even day trips to South Tyrol are not a problem.
