My mum, my boyfriend and I were received by Chloe's mum. She and her husband were nice and made us feel confortable. We were very tired and only stayed one night hence we haven't talked a lot but they are good people. We had a very good breakfast before leaving to get all our power back. Good stay, thanks to them !

Chloe was er om ons welkom te heten en gaf een rondleiding. We bleken het hele huis tot onze beschikking te hebben omdat Chloe er niet altijd was.Het huis is erg groot,compleet, erg schoon en netjes. Er is ook wifi. We hadden ieder onze eigen slaapkamer met een twee-persoonsbed. De kat vonden de kinderen vooral erg gezellig en lief. Gedurende ons verblijf hadden we steeds contact via de mail. Zeker een aanrader en als we in de buurt moeten zijn boeken we zeker weer bij Chloe.

A detail, the picture shows the back cover (the garden) of the house, so we went several times before without recognizing (no address). But ... fifteen minutes after asking the neighbors time to soak up the place.

Tim is a very gracious and welcoming host for his home in the rural countryside of lower Normandy. I wanted to experience living in the countryside of France in an original stone house and that is what I received, Rustic and very simple. There was just two of us and we had plenty of room. A car is definitely needed to get around. There are plenty of walking paths to explore. All in all we had a great experience cooking and resting and discovering Normandy.

A lovely rustic typically French house, offering peace, beautiful location and easy access to quaint nearby town with traditional shops and handy supermarket. Perfectly located for walks and exploring Normandy countryside, medieval towns and little villages. The well-equipped house and rambling garden were great to spend hours enjoying the games, hours of ping-pong, relaxing in hammocks, cooking French cuisine and BBQ, and generally feeling relaxed and unhurried...just a perfect holiday!

The Anne-Sophie and Tim is a typical country house with a special charm because it has remained as it was in the year 60.

It is a house with garden very nice and quiet, the kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped, you can spend a great holiday in it. If we return to Normandy repeat.

Lovely House, just as described. We spent a lovely Christmas at Jean's house, we loved the AGA and the fact that the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils you can think of. You can tell this is someone's house, rather than a house kitted out for rentals only. We loved the very spacious lounge with its wood burner (plenty of wood to burn). The garden was lovely, although we didn't get to use it much. The host was very friendly and available when we contacted her. Thanks again.

Spent 4 nights with family and friends in this lovely country home... very homely, lovely garden, great terrasse... we were very lucky with the weather so really enjoyed the barbecue. Family kitchen is well equipped, everything you need to cook for a crowd! great collection of hats ;-) altogether lovely stay... We would definitely recommend! Will be back one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Cider Mill, the house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a reunion with friends and family! It's located in quiet neighborhood in the beautiful countryside and not too far from a supermarket. The house is very welcoming, with a large living room that has a fireplace that conquered us all, the kitchen is really well equipped and allowed us to prepare great meals! Our time at Cider Mill was great, it's too bad the weather wasn't great and couldn't enjoy the garden, we are definitely keeping this address in mind for next summer! Thank you again Lynn for making this stay a wonderful one!

It was great. and ++ for children: the poultry house, trampoline, swing (It's always more fun to the neighbor) and especially ... the bike ... A m and demonstrations. Beautiful house, perfectly decorated, we loved it! It's a Perfect place for a family meeting, spacious and quiet!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'occasion du réveillon du nouvel an. Le logement, convivial et pittoresque, est situé dans un hameau paisible (un sentier permet d'en faire le tour) avec étangs et bergerie, à une poignée de kilomètres de Vire. Margaret et Trévor ont été accueillants et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Trevor & Margaret. La maison, en plus d'être très jolie, est très bien équipée. (Nous étions 2 familles avec 5 enfants).

La maison et le cadre sont très agréables. Notre hôte nous a bien reçu et nous a offert une bouteille de vin en guise de cadeau de bienvenue. De plus, il nous a prêté des ustensiles de cuisine que nous n'avions pas, sans problème. Petite remarque tout-de-même : C'est dommage qu'il n'y est pas de volets dans les chambres, les rideaux sont peu occultants (donc ne prévoyez pas de grasses mat' !).

Charlotte's parents were amazing hosts and I am forever grateful for their help and kindness which was above and beyond their role. Patrick is a star by picking me up when I was stuck en route and Christine ensured I was comfortable upon arrival, with delicious soup and breakfast for the morning. Thank you for taking such good care of me- I fully recommend staying with Charlotte.

Très bel emplacement, studio très bien eménagé. Notre chien y a trouvé sa place sans problème. Nous y retournerons sans problème...

Le logement correspond à l'annonce. Il est simple, fonctionnel et propre. Nous voyagions avec un garçon de 13 ans et un chien et nous avons apprécié l'autonomie apporté par ce studio à la campagne. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Patrick et Christine les beaux parents de Charlotte qui se trouvent sur place. Des attentions comme le petit dej ou le nécessaire de toilette. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuit dans ce joli studio, situé en campagne, endroit très calme. Le studio était propre et fonctionnel et le jardin très joli. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer notre hôte car nos horaires ne correspondait pas, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver un petit déjeuner qui nous attendait sur la table, cette attention nous a beaucoup touché. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un petit studio fonctionnel, propre et calme, idéal pour un court séjour d'une à deux personnes. L'accueil est chaleureux.

Accueil chaleureux, la description était conforme avec l'annonce. Hormis quelques détails tels que la connexion internet très faible voir inexistante à l'intérieur du logement. Le déplacement à l'intérieur du studio très réduit car le toit trop bas à reconsidérer en cas de problème de dos ou personnes de grande taille ce qui le rend inconfortable au delà d'un jour. Côté cuisine pas pratique.

This is a lovely house in a quiet and rural area. It's well situated for days out to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel and also to northern Britanny to visit St Malo. Communication with Stuart is excellent, he was very swift to provide us with information about the local doctors. House is very clean and comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of wood for the log burners which were needed for the chilly evenings in April. A great week and I would recommend!

Frequent visitors to this reigon of France,my husband and I were looking for a few days break after a very hectic summer, with the possibility of returning before Christmas with our family. Les Trois Cheminees was perfect. Nestled away in a very rural, quiet location yet within stiking distance of the medieval towns of Domfront and the wonderful pedestrianised shopping of Vire. The house had everything we could have wanted including logs and firelighters in the basket and a very pleasant bottle of sparkling wine chilling in the fridge courtesy of our host! The kitchen was extremely well equiped and we were very comfortable in the master bedroom which had a lovely en--suite shower bathroom. The lounge was brimfull of reading material and an ecclectic selection of DVD's - something for everyone. We were fortunate to be able to sit outside for a little in the evenings which was very pleasant and we were entertained by the local wildlife including a Hawk, rabbits and small bats! Me and my parents had a fantastic stay at Stuart's cottage. He has a great garden and the inside of the house was very clean and tidy, just as described. We contacted Stuart who answered any questions that we had quickly. We would really like to stay again, there were local markets and some really nice walks down lanes that were very close to the farmhouse.

We had a fantastic stay at Stuart's house. The house, the garden is much better that what we were excepted, Stuart had a really good taste. We didn't meet him but he was super quick to answer to our questions. We definitely will come back. Thank you Stuart!

Everything about the cottage was ideal. It was exactly the kind of place we love.

The house of David is functional and comfortable for a family. The house is perfectly equipped to ask are these suitcases and enjoy the tranquility of the setting. David even though we have not met the proved available and considerate. We would like to board a time if the opportunity arises.

C is a nice quiet house, which allows to visit the Swiss Normandy. Some small housing improvements can be implemented. We have not been able heating and tv. In other accommodation is well equipped.

We had the most wonderful stay at Walnut Cottage! Everything was well provided for when we came (including a bottle of wine!) and throughout our two weeks in that beautiful spot in Calvados. The cottage is cosy, looks just like in the pictures and is even more spacious. Julie and Nigel do their very best to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible while at the same time respecting the privacy of their guests at all times. We strongly recommend their dinner menu, it was delicious with fresh produce and herbs from the garden. The beautiful hills of the surrounding area allow for extended walks right from the cottage. In a nutshell, everything was just great!

Walnut Cottage was a perfect place to explore Normandy. It's a nice, comfortable and clean cottage in a beautiful rural area. There was much privacy but the hosts were ready when we needed something. Nigel made every evening a burning fireplace for us! We can recommend this residence to each who visit Normandy.

Our stay at Walnut Cottage was absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 4 nights and Julie and Nigel made us feel so welcome. The cottage is lovely, really spacious, well decorated, well equipped, cosy and clean, and ideally situated as a base to visit the sights in Normandy. Julie and Nigel also went to the trouble to provide a cot, highchair and bouncy chair for our 11 month old son which was very much appreciated. Julie and Nigel also provide a very reasonably priced food menu and are excellent chefs. It was lovely being able to have a really tasty 3 course dinner outside the cottage in the evening sunshine while our baby was tucked in bed indoors. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb listing, but it will definitely not be our last. I just hope that our future hosts are as kind and accommodating as Julie and Nigel and our future accommodation is as perfect as Walnut Cottage.

We hebben met z'n achten erg genoten van het huisje. Het is een behoorlijk rustig dorpje dus je bent erg op jezelf. Helaas waren de café en bakker gesloten deze maand (augustus). Er staat wel een kerk achter het huis. De klok wordt daar nogal vaak en onregelmatig geslagen, maar dat raak je snel aan gewend. Het zwembad is erg prettig om in te relaxen in de zon. Het park boven aan de berg (tegenover het huisje) is ook een hele fijn plek om te zitten. Het huis is erg ruim en is zeker een aanrader voor een groep vrienden.
