"WATERFRONT" cottage on the Ardèche

In an ideal site, on the river with its private beach and terrace overlooking Aubenas Castle. This cottage is for 3 people. Large double bathroom sinks, shower. 1 closed toilet downstairs+1 toilet closed on the bedroom. (see price for pets) Direct Access to the Private Beach. Bus stop at 50 m, greenway at 150 m. Fishing and swimming under the windows. Cycling canoeing, hiking close by. The edge of the beach may vary from year to year due to flooding.

Our priority : your comfort during your tourist or business getaways. We are at your disposal to make your stays as pleasant as possible. Located close to shops (400 m), the city center (1.5 km) from the hospital, the IFSI (800 m). At the junction of the main and tourist roads (Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Vogüé, Ruoms, Le Puy en Velay, Montélimar, Privas... ). A little bit of nature, very quiet. Little cocoon of love, with magnificent views, 6 km from Aubenas. This shelter was self-built with eco-friendly materials. The walls are made of straw, wood and clay plaster. Beautiful wooden terrace, where it's nice to rest. A dirt road starts from Ustaou for a short walk, and many other walks all around. Descriptions of hiking possible inside.
