Charming 16th century apartment of 70 m2 (93 m2 on the ground floor) loft type located 20 m from Place Gordaine in downtown Bourges. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, pellet stove and has a private courtyard. Located on the 1st floor, not overlooked and very quiet (at the back of the lively street), a bakery is located in front of the doorstep and many restaurants nearby. Rate adapted to the number of guests. (+ €20 per night for more than 2 guests)

18th century manor near Bourges

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Enjoy the private Jacuzzi and hammam as you wish, as well as an enclosed garden with trees of 6000 m². For your comfort the whole cottage is air conditioned. We also provide the household linen, the necessary to start your stay (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc ...) cleaning is also included in the service (except kitchen area).

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
