Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

This cottage features traditional architectural elements like high ceilings and arched walls which are elevated by the modern interior. Spend the day out on the sunny patio before getting cosy in the living room by the indoor fireplace. (fireplace not able to be lit due to fire restrictions) Our cottage is quite unique, situated one street away from the vibrant and cosmopolitan Melbourne Street, which has many pubs, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. There is also free parking out the front of the cottage. We also have a coffee machine. The whole cottage is available to guests. We are available by phone for any questions or queries. We are not on site, but not far away, we are quite willing to come over. North Adelaide is a leafy neighbourhood with lovely old bluestone cottages and lots of character. This home is very close to restaurants, pubs, cafes and convenience stores and an easy to drive to great spots like Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills. Parking is available on site, there is also parking out front of the cottage on the street, there are restrictions on the weekend out the front BUT not over the road(URL HIDDEN) You can walk to the bus stops easily from the property. Free public transport is available to the city. The cottage is airconditioned but in the really hot weather it does not reach into the bedrooms, we have supplied fans in both bedrooms.
