Beautiful t2 duplex 50m from the beach, lifestyle all on foot. secure parking included, on the top floor of a quiet residence with elevator. Bright, modern and air-conditioned. Very spacious room with king size bed and large shower with massaging jets. TV corner with sofa, full bathroom, American fridge, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Beautiful terrace of 10m2 with outdoor sofa and liftable coffee table.

Beautiful 2 room apartment in the city center

The building dates back to the 1950s. You access the 3rd floor by elevator. You're going out on the right. You enter the home remodeled with taste . We praise when grandparents aren't around. The apartment consists of a living room, a closed kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom. The bright T2 includes large cupboards. In one of them is installed the washing machine. You give on an inner courtyard, you will not be disturbed by the noise.
