Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Enjoy the western sunsets from the wrap around porch or the array of windows. This is a cute getaway cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed , indoor & outdoor dining tables & fire pit with chairs to sit around. There’s a small electric fireplace in the living room and two wall heaters to help with the cooler nights. The camp has well water. Wifi is available but there is no tv. Skylights in the master do not have any shades.
