This is a home with all you can ask for included in it. Arrived to a super friendly couple, who lives above the home and the key exchange took place with a walk through and a couple essential bits of info regarding the home. Stayed with family of four very comfortably and the property was quiet. This was a wedding trip and we didn't spend much time in the home, but we all would book this property and with Hermann and Doris again. Home was clean and well represented by the pictures.

Wir haben eine Nacht in der kleinen gemütlichen Einliegerwohnung verbracht. Als wir ankamen begrüsste uns ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber,alles verlief reibungslos. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Bad mit Dusche und auch eine Mini Küche mit allem Zubehör. Alles war sehr sauber und im überall waren nette Aufmerksamkeiten für die Gäste bereitgestellt, falls diese etwas vergessen haben. Im Kühlschrank war eine kleine Minibar mit Getränken zu finden und im Bad kleine Duschutensilien, sowie eine Kaffeepadmaschine und ein Teekocher. Perfekt! Fast wie im Sternehotel;-). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die kleine, aber feine Wohnung von Andrea ist wie von ihr beschrieben. Super ausgestattet, gepflegt und alles sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation mit Andrea und die Schlüsselübergabe war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert! Ich empfehle ihre Wohnung daher sehr gerne weiter :) Das einzige klitzekleine Minus bekommt das Bett, bei dem man leider immer mitbekommt, wenn sich der Bettnachbar dreht. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in Murrhardt!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an direkt wohl gefühlt. Andrea hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles Wichtige kurz gezeigt. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern, ist modern und stylish eingerichtet, verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist blitzsauber. Die Küche hätten wir genau so am liebsten mitgenommen. Auch dem Badezimmer merkt man an, dass die Wohnung noch kein Jahr auf dem Buckel hat. Murrhardt selbst lädt zu langen Spaziergängen und einem Kaffee in der hübschen kleinen Altstadt ein. Wir haben Ruhe und Entspannung gesucht und haben genau das bekommen. Hätte nicht Silvester vor der Tür gestanden, wir hätten glatt noch einen Nacht verlängert. Der tolle Frühstückservice und der prall gefüllte Kühlschrank haben diesen Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir können Andrea und ihre tolle Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Exceptional value. Great accommodation, which met all our needs and more. Sybille made us feel right at home and we especially loved the freshly laid eggs for breakfas! Looking forward to staying again in April.

The flat that Sybille offers is enormous, comfortable, and very quiet. I spent some hours in the flat working, and I recommend this place both to families and to those who are travelling for work. Sybille seems a very interesting woman, and the house looks like her in several things. The house is already good as it is (seriously, just go there!), but I have some suggestions: to change the disposition of the lights in order to avoid some dark points, and put a tablecloth. One more suggestions for those planning a holiday here: try it in spring!

Sybille's house is great , just GREAT!! large, comfortable, equipped with all necessary things, interesting for children as well as for adults. i am sorry that we had booked just one night there. Everything was perfect! The room is small, but clean and tidy and Magaly is a wonderful host. The communication with her was very good and she has replied immediately to all my messages. The house is located just near the city center and there are several restaurants nearby. Parking is also available. Highly recommanded.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped, spacious apartment with excellent Internet connectivity. It has everything needed to make you feel at home. The host and his family are caring and available if needed, and are super friendly and helpful. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, in walking distance to shops (one open until midnight!) and to jogging trails and the swimming pool. I would definitely stay there again.

It's clean, everything looks new; good location, and comfortable. This is what you would feel when you arrive in Rene's apartment. Right next to the place you can find a big open place for jogging. I liked my stay here, and I will like to stay here in my future trips to Winnenden or Stuttgart.

I had much pleasure staying in Rene & Marie's apartment. The listing is equipped with a nice living room including a large TV, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a super cozy shower and a generously sized bedroom which also has a small desk to work on. Just outside the bedroom is a large wardrobe to easily fit all your clothes. The house is in a rural area where one can enjoy walks in the forest and hills to get a retreat from everyday stress. A supermarket open until midnight is in walking distance. Also in walking distance is a swimming pool and a bus which takes you to the train station in a few minutes. I recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in the Stuttgart area.

Very clean and nice place inside the heart of the village within minutes walk from local bakery and shops. Irina was helpful and answered all our emails promptly and left fresh beautiful flowers in the bedroom. In the kitchen we had a coffee machine with espresso shots and many kinds of teas. Private parking and we must say a great shower with the best pressure ever! we highly recommend.

The apartment is as described. Irina is very friendly and helpful. She left bread, butter, cheese, etc.. for our first breakfast. She speaks English and Spanish too. There's supermarket, pizza, kebab and others restaurants in the town. We had a great time.

Irina was such a kind and gracious host! Not only was she helpful and was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival with my various questions (in regards to where we'd park, if we had wifi, washing availability, etc) but was also very sweet and helpful to us during our stay and offered suggestions on places to visit or where to eat, etc. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the week including a private driveway for our car, a full kitchen to cook our meals, a full bathroom with great water pressure, etc. We absolutely fell in love with this quiet village set in the wine country and really look forward to traveling again and coming back!

Irina was simply amazing! Our airline lost our luggage in Munich and had it delivered to her house in Stuttgart. She graciously waited, signed, and received our luggage for us. Our train from Munich to Stuttgart was delayed and she stayed up late to let us in (thank you again!) The apartment was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean, nice, and quaint, and the location was prime for exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommended staying here. Thanks again!!

The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and our 1.5 year old daughter enjoyed herself too, (especially with the toy that Irina placed in the room). The bedroom was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and just a short drive to the Stuttgart city centre. Our stay with Irina was really comfortable and felt like home, and we highly recommend her place to future visitors.

Irina was very helpful with providing washing and drying of clothes for our two babies. Also, provided toys for the babies and a cot. The apartment was comfortable and the heating was excellent.The price was also good, perhaps the location was a little off the beaten track, but a supermarket was just 5 minutes away by car.

Kati was always available, and very interested in communicating with me to ensure all was clean, safe and convenient. She is very responsive to questions and came to meet me as I arrived. She explained everything about the workings of the apartment, and how she manages the listing. I was particularly fortunate the week I stayed as there were not others sharing the space. I had a key and was able to come and go without disturbing anyone. There is a lovely space in the back of the house with a covered terrace, and grassy areas in the sun. The space is very clean, open, and modern, all newly renovated with the best amenities. Even in with outside temperatures at 30 degrees Celsius, the apartment stayed cool with a lovely cross-breeze. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, privacy and convenience!

I stayed at Marion's apartment on the first day of a business trip. It was the perfect home away from home. From the beginning, Marion was fantastic with communication and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She even offered to pick me up from the train station and dropped me back off their once my stay was over! Her service was above and beyond, and I can't say thank you enough for that. The space was spotless and comfortable, and was just perfect for my day-before-meeting work prep. Between the tables in the kitchen and living area, the huge couch, and the bedroom desk, there are many places to spread out for a day's work. The french press and coffee was a great touch, as well! When I needed a break from my work, I took a nice walk through Waiblingen. The apartment is easily walkable to the square and river, and I passed several eateries before dropping into a bakery near the square for a sandwich. I wish I had gotten to explore the town a bit more because I loved what I saw. The bed deserves its own review, but I'll keep it to a couple of sentences. After attempting to sleep on a plane the night before and working a full day, I was totally wiped. The bed here (memoryfoam, I think?) was magical, and coupled with the drop-down shades in the bedroom, I slept ten hours. I can't remember the last time I did that. If I had the option to bring this thing back to the States, I wouldn't think twice. All in all, the next time I am in the Stuttgart area and need a place to stay, I will absolutely look to book Marion's place. Thank you for an awesome stay Marion!

Marion lebt in einer ruhigen Gegend nahe Stuttgart. Wir hatten die Unterkunft wegen einer Messe gebucht und brauchten Ruhe und Entspannung. Genau das haben wir in der Wohnung gefunden. Sie war sehr sehr sauber und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Viel Holz und eine große Dusche. Das Bett ist wirklich gemütlich und das Wohnzimmer riesig. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der in Stuttgart unterwegs ist, aber abends gerne seine Ruhe haben möchte. Marion war auch ein sehr lieber und herzlicher Mensch, der Empfang mit Frühstück im Kühlschrank war toll. Vielen Dank!

Obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit nicht im Vorfeld mitteilen konnten, wurden wir von unserer Gastgeberin freundlich empfangen – und das sogar zu später Uhrzeit. Als besonders positiv haben wir die getrennten Badezimmer erlebt, einmal mit Dusche, einmal mit WC. Wenn wie in unserem Fall mehrere Personen in einer Wohnung übernachten, ermöglicht das separate WC ungestörtes und voneinander unabhängiges Agieren. Ich habe eine Nacht bei Leon geschlafen. Die Lage ist super, ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber da ich nur zum Schlafen nachts nach Hause gekommen bin, hat mich das nicht gestört. Morgens gab es einen Kaffee. Für eine Nacht würde ich wiederkommen!

Dennis was really nice and friendly. It is my first time in germany and he introduced me to it and to his friends and family who are also very nice and friendly. He helped me alot with so many stuff. About the room it is nice with a perfect amount of space and sun light.

Ich war für Drei Nächte bei Dennis im Haus. Tolle Atmosphäre, tolle Gastfreundschaft. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts und Sauberkeit war perfekt. Und wer mehr als nur eine Schlafmöglichkeit sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, da die Jungs neuen Bekanntschaften sehr aufgeschlossen sind und mich sofort zum gemeinsamen kochen eingeladen haben. Ich habe die Unterkunft für meinen Bruder und seine zwei Kinder (12 und 16 Jahre) gebucht. Alle waren sehr zufrieden! Очень приятные люди. Очень чистые апартаменты , есть все необходимое. Не далеко от Штутгарта, но если учесть , что вы путешествуете на машине. Приятный ландшафт вокруг, рядом озеро , но увидели его только в последний день. Подходит для компании. Нас было 6 человек. Спальни две , но в холе есть еще 3 кровать . В одной из спален только одна односпальная кровать . Два туалета и очень приятный балкон с обеденным столом.
