Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance and are therefore completely independent. We have taken an individual and high-quality approach to the furnishing and have used little of the bar. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, city harbour or beach. The apartment has a great transport connection and is nevertheless very quiet.

The wide sandy beach and the Baltic Sea can then also be reached quickly. The apartment includes a parking space for a car. The garden of the house is also available. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Uni, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle within walking distance! There are plenty of shops and the trendy KTV district is a 10-minute walk away.

A lovingly renovated apartment with roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. Particular emphasis was placed by us on the use of some ecological building materials such as clay and eco-boards in the living and sleeping area.
