Apartment in central location

Lovely apartment of 64 sqm in larger house with own entrance. Free parking by the house. Lovely large conservatory belonging to the apartment, small kitchen en-suite bathroom and private bedroom. Brand new luxury bed from auping 160 cm wide. The apartment is close to the harbor, 700 meters from the station and with the people park in the backyard. Lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the living room in addition to the fireplace so the whole apartment is warm and warm in the winter. Great discount for longer stays.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. It does not overlook the water from the house. Water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and staples like oil, sugar, and spices are included in the price. Consumption of electricity is charged at 3kr/kWh. We'll send an account request before and settle afterwards. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports and play, on the grass in the front yard there is a volleyball net.

Studio apartment with private bedroom and bathroom in family friendly house and neighborhood. The guest unit is located in a recently fully renovated basement with private access and spacious kitchenette. The basement is only partly underground and has a view towards the garden. It’s a 10 min walk (950m) to the train station and city center. You can also rent our car: Mazda 2 from 2011 through GoMore Car sharing portal It takes 20 min by train and car train to reach Copenhagen.

Brand-new nice bright 30 m2 quiet room/house on the countryside. The house has 2 rooms that are rented out separately. If both rooms are rented out, you will share fully equipped kitchen and bath with other tenant. Cosy livingroom and private code lock on each door. Washing machine and dishwasher. The bus takes you to the center of Roskilde in 10-15 min where you'll find museums, restaurants, nightclubs etc (5 min by car) There are 2 bicycles to borrow(deposit needed).

Welcome to my house, perfectly located within 2 km from Roskilde harbour and only 1 km from the center of the center of Roskilde. Copenhagen can be reached by train within 25 minutes. The house is charming both on the inside and outside, with all you need to enjoy a lovely time during your stay - a brand new kitchen, a big living room with space for the entire family, a lovely sunny terrace and a cosy garden with a trampoline and an annex. Relaxed area with sea on three sides, near nature, small town with restaurants, cafes, harbor, ferries and trains to Frederiksværk, Hillerød and Copenhagen. Near Lynæs, which is the second port area with a surfing center. The home is located on a closed road in a separate house and has a large room, a small kitchen with dining table, hallway and a toilet with shower.
