1) Fantastic view on the lake? Check. 2) Host with a cool beard? Check. 3) Host easy to communicate with? Check. 4) Donald Duck comics in my native language? Check. 5) Spacious apartment, fitting 2 people easily? Check. 6) Host making you feel welcome and providing some breakfast for your first morning? Check. Keep in mind: 1) the terrace on the pictures is not directly accessible from the house, you can reach it through the garden. 2) make sure you have the gps-coordinates with you when you go there for the first time, because there are different streets with the same name, so the apartment is hard to find by using just the name of the street and the number. 3) There is a nice little beach in the village, but it was quite a walk, 30 minutes or so by the main road. And we could not find the shorter footpath our host recommended. Tip: take the car.

Great place in quiet area, beautiful surroundings with the view over the lake and green, few steps from charming small town of Zorzino. The place is very clean, specious and well equipped. We enjoyed the garden and bbq being completely relaxed. Veronica's dad was looking after us and he was a great host :) while Veronica was very helpful over the phone, once she couldn't be there. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll recommend it happily.

We spent 2 weeks in appartment offered by Veronica and Leo. We found them very helpful and reacting quickly for any help need. Appartment is spacious for family 2+2+1 (two kids 14 and 9 years old) and dog. If you like bicycles you will find plenty of trails and roads near to Vero and Leo house, beaches around the lake are rather rocky ones but so picturesque. Great view from appartment on the lake. Kids were delighted with fast Wi-Fi. We want to come back to Iseo lake and the choice for us is obvious -go to Vero and Leo again. Thank you Veronica and Stefano and all the best.

We spent three lovely days on beautiful lake Iseo and had the pleasure to live in Vero&Leos beautiful flat with an amazing view on the lake! Everything was perfect and our hosts very friendly. This place is a perfect starting point for many activities around the lake! We are glad to have made this short but impressive trip!

A trip to Lake Iseo was a gift for wife on her birthday. These are amazing, delightful, romantic places. Stayed in the apartments Casa Emilia. Luigi promptly provided all the information when booking. Unfortunately, Luigi was not able to meet, but he was always in touch and helped on any issue. The apartments occupy a part of the floor in a cozy house and have a separate entrance. Everything turned out even more elegant than in the photo. The view from the balcony is stunning. Patricia met us. She showed and explained everything. The owners of the house live on the second floor. Very wonderful and sympathetic people. If suddenly something happens to you, they will help and prompt. Giancarlo (the owner of the house) presented us home wine. Rest there is ideal, we did not even go around the neighborhood, but just decided to enjoy this unreal beauty. We will definitely return. I recommend to everyone.

Sono soddisfatta dalla scelta della casa di Cristian. Riva di solto è un posto bellissimo. Lui, sua moglie e sua figlia ci ha accolto all'ingresso in casa bene. La casa è proprio in centro ed è molto carina.

Sehr nette Gastgeber die uns herzlich empfangen haben. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und die Unterkunft entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist mitten in einem wunderschönen, sehr kleinem Ort gelegen. Im Ort selber gibt es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant (Hilton) und eine tolle Bar direkt am Ufer, bei der wir gefrühstückt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, nett und persönlich eingerichtet und zu empfehlen.

Sehr netter Empfang! Schöne Wohnung unter dem Dach. Eingebunden in dörfliches Leben, man hört Nachbarn plappern und auch zwei kleine Hunde bellen. Fußläufig in kürzester Zeit beim baden, einkaufen, essen. Wir mögen es, mittendrin unter den Menschen zu sein, dafür ist die Wohnung ganz toll. Sie liegt in einem alten italienischen Wohngebäude. Und hat dementsprechend Wände gegenüber manchem Fenster und keinen Balkon. Im Sommer wird es unter dem Dach sehr heiß, die Luft steht.

Nous sommes arrivés tard au castello de Zorzino (21h) et nos hôtes ont été disponibles pour nous accueillir, ce qui est très appréciable. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé que la démarche de Domenico et de son épouse a été assez différente de nos autres expériences avec Air BnB. Nous avons davantage eu l'impression d'être "à l'hôtel" : facturation des draps (quand on voyage à l'étranger .. ce n'est pas vraiment ce qu'on prévoit d'emporter) pour 7,50 € par personne quelque soit le nombre de nuitées + facturation des serviettes de bain + caution de 100 € à verser (en liquide uniquement, interdit par Air BnB par ailleurs) avec décompte des frais d'électricité et de gaz (pour la période "hivernale" uniquement). Ces informations sont données dans le règlement intérieur donc ce n'était pas tout à fait une surprise, mais on ne se sent pas accueilli de la même façon. Ces frais supplémentaires font que le coût de la chambre n'est finalement plus du tout celui affiché au départ (53€ la nuitée au lieu de 45€ à la commande). Ce n'est pas très juste comme démarche car de ce fait, on ne compare pas les mêmes "produits". Peut être avons nous été trop bien habitués ailleurs, mais avoir un petit savon dans la salle de bain, ou une bouteille d'eau à disposition à l'arrivée est toujours appréciable ... Sinon, Zorzino est plutôt bien localisé pour visiter le lac d'Iseo, la vue est très belle et la résidence a un certain cachet (vieilles pierres). La chambre est assez humide et équipée a minima. L'accès au castello n'est pas évident, un plan d'accès ou des conseils pour se garer transmis aux hôtes au préalable serait préférable.

Siamo stati accolti, in un bellissimo castello vista lago, da due signori cortesissimi e simpatici e una gattona stupenda. L'appartamento Terra è confortevole, accogliente e dotato di ogni confort. Super consigliato

Tolle Unterkunft wenn man mit Kindern reist, sehr kidsfreundlich ausgestattet. Uns fehlten ein paar Basics wie Seife, Föhn... Wenn man nicht mit dem Auto reist etwas unpraktisch. Über die sonst in Airbnb nicht entstehenden Zusatzkosten von 20 Euro für Strom und Gas für 4 Tage und 30 Euro für Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir uns im Nachhein etwas geärgert.

Es war ein malerischer Ort der unsere Ansprüche wandern und klettern zu gehen voll erfüllte. Es gab wunderschöne Wanderwege, auch einen der vom Castello zu erwandern war, den der Hausherr selber wieder aktiviert hat. Wunderbar! Die Klettergebiete waren sehr gut erreichbar und familienfreundlich. Wir sind mit Säugling und Kinderwagen rangefahren und es hat gut funktioniert.

An amazing little house in the middle of paradise ! We really loved our time at Marco's house. It was just as described, only better. It's totally private and you are completely immersed in nature. Marco was really helpful and friendly and we really appreciated that he took the time to tell us about all the wonderful things we could do in the area. Unfortunately we were only there for such a short time so were unable to take advantage of this. However we would definitely love to come back and do some exploring ! Thanks Marco for your hospitality and patience for waiting for us to arrive . We had a fantastic time.

You get exactly what you need in the house and more ... Marco is very helpful and a great host. The lake view is magical. The space and area is a bit scary at night or some may consider it romantic since its far in the woods. It's preferred for couples without children but the house can accommodate 2 childs easy.

Our stay at Marcos place was really great. The house was very cousy and nice, it had all extras one culd normaly need, it's location is close to perfect as well, up in a hills, with a tremendous view on wally and lake. If You want to wake up in the middle of a gorgeous nature, birds, buterlies, tries, flower etc, its a perfect spot, because Marcos house is surrounde by it all. And Marco as a houst was really great, helpfull and friendly.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would highly recommend it. It is in a perfect location, with amazing views. Next to a beautiful mountains. Marco is a great host, communication was very easy, directions and instructions were very clear. House is very cosy and well equipped. We didn't want to leave! We definitely hope to return and spend longer here in the future.

Leopoldo has a very warm welcome and provided us with all the information. He was worried during our stay to our well-being. The apartment is spacious, located above the main road and has a nice balcony. We will come back!

Massimo's friend Leopoldo arranged everything from the beginning. He is very thoughtful and communicative. He welcomed us warmly with cold drinks, cookies and chips. We could reach him very easily and he was very helpful when it was needed. The apartment is very good and the view is astonishing. The village is small, but very nice and swimming in the lake is the best you could think of. We have done it several times a day. You could reach the village and the shore very easy by stairs within a couple of minutes. You could be there for much longer time than the 4 nights we had.

We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it! The views from the apartment are second to none and it was clean and as described on the site. Our host Leopoldo went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed so I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We stayed in Riva di Solto for 2 day during the "Floating Piers' exhibition at Lake Iseo which was a very busy time for usually very laid back place. We loved the location - Riva di Solto is very small but provides a great refuge from the business of other places on the lake. Massimo's friend Leopoldo welcomed us in the apartment. The apartment is very nice with superb terrace and views of the lake. It has all amenities. Leopoldo recommended few places for us to eat and we enjoyed them all, especially Trenta Passi pizzeria where we had a great and very reasonably priced meal. We even had several dips in the water in Riva. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Massimos apartment! We enjoyed it very much - especially the view from the big balcony is stunning and thus we used the balcony to relax a lot:-) Communication with Leopoldo, who manages the apartment for Massimo, was great, quick and he even organized a baby bed for us. The apartment is in walking distance (5 min) to the nice little village center where you can shop at the bakery, enjoy an ice cream or sit in the cafe overlooking the lake. Lago d'Iseo is a wonderful vacation spot, still not so crowded by tourists but with sweet little viallages around the lake and Monte Isola which can be reached by ferries. We definately would recommend the apartment to others!

Come and stay at Lake Iseo. It is so beautiful and is much more serene, quiet and relaxing than lake guarda. The apartment is as described and was very clean and well maintained. We were provided with complimentary wine, water, crisps etc on arrival. The view from the apartment is spectacular and there is good parking on site. If you wish to use bed sheets and towels there is a charge. Central location to explore the lake, very short walk to small beach so you can swim in the lake. We would stay here again if we were ever lucky enough to to return to Lake Iseo.

The appartment is in a nice and quiet area of Riva. You will also get used to the church bells after a couple of days... We didn't meet Nicoletta but her neighbours are really nice. Everything was really uncomplicated and Nicoletta also responded immediately for any questions. Her appartment is very nice, has a perfect view over the lake and is perfectly clean. We can recommend to stay in Nicoletta's place.

Everything was well organized. Some one available to show us the apartment and take care of the towels at arrival. It is a quiet location (if you don't mind the church bells) with a marvelous view on the lake. From the small village downhill at the lake (Riva di Solto), boats depart for tours on the lake.

It's a very calm and beautiful place , where you can relax or walk along the lake. It's good to have a car, if you stay for a longer time.

The flat is really nice with a scenic view to the lake, there is a nice restaurant Bellavista nearby. The only downside is that there were issues with wifi, other than that highly recommended.

Getting there from Orio Airport You either get a bus from airport to the train station in Bergamo then another bus from Bergamo to Lovere. Note that once in Lovere there are no taxis (we did not see any) we were lucky that the host came to pick us up and take us to the apartment The alternative is to hire a car which is the best option as buses and taxis are very rare and it's some distance between villages on a narrow road. The view from the apartment was unbelievable and photos don't do it justice . You can't stop looking at it in amazement. The apartment is on a hill above Riva Di Solti. It's a 25min walk to the village on a road which is very quite but steep. So the car is the best option. Buses are not an option. The village is very small but very friendly and has a couple of good restaurants which in the summer will get busy. The village square is cute with great views. From the village you can get a ferry to the other villages on the lake. Times are not so regular so check them. This is a good way to get around the lake. Leave the car behind. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The pool was very close and looked nice. The hosts were very very nice and looked after us. They helped with transport but I don't think you should expect them to do that. We should have had a car! Was a great holiday and we will surely come back soon.

Carla was so helpful on the phone before our arrival and her husband Ivan was great when we arrived - taking time to explain the area and the accommodation, even inviting us for dinner one evening at their home. The apartment was well placed, we were able to drive easily and park at the complex and it was within easy reach of a couple of restaurants (open in October) which were both reasonable and friendly. We would definitely recommend the apartment and the area as where it is based makes driving around the lake very easy.

A lovely new apartment with a large pool and great views. This is the 2nd time we have stayed with Carla, (we stayed in her other apartment last year). This time in the village of Zorzino, slightly further out of Riva di Solto. The apartment and complex was extremely clean and there is a very well stocked shop and butchers within a short walk & a couple of restaurants. There is also more choice of bars & restaurants in Riva, which (realistically, with children) is a short drive away. Can thoroughly recommend a visit to Archeopark about 30 mins further up the valley. We also spent a great day at Lake Endine (15 mins), hiring pedaloes & jumping off the pier. Carla is a great host & communication before & during our stay was excellent. Even though she was on holiday herself, she kept in touch checking that we were happy & recommending things to do. A beautiful, undiscovered part of Italy.

We stayed 15 days at Carla's appt., 2 adults and 2 kids, and had a marvelous time. The apartment is wonderful; clean and new and has EVERYTHING one needs. The swimming pool is quite big and the water was very clean at all times. The view from the balcony is breath-taking and very relaxing. The area of Lake d'Iseo has a variety of activities and lovely towns to visit. And if you are into sports you could pick among mountain biking, hiking, Kano, SUP, wind surfing, horseback riding, etc. All prices are affordable. Carla & Ivan were excellent hosts. Upon our arrival we had fruits, milk and juice in the apartment. They answered our zillion questions, recommended places for our activities and even helped us book horseback riding courses for our kids since we don't speak Italian. Make sure to visit the Bella Vista restaurant which is reachable in couple minutes by car or 10 walking: cheap prices, excellent food, beautiful view and extra nice staff. We will definitely consider renting again with Carla & Ivan. Thank you guys :-)

Amazing and really new apartment in a fantastic few dwellings residence with wonderful very big swimming pool with solarium. A lot of green space. Car parks available. Breathtaking view. Fantastic. The place is charming. Few steps far there is the village centre with grocers, restaurants and winery, all reachable on foot. 100 meters far there is a playground. Carla and Ivan are very friendly and accomodating, they greeted us explaining everything we asked or needed to know. They even granted us fruits, cereals and drinks as we arrived. Wonderful. We will be surely back as soon as possibile because the place amazed us and the apartment and the residence are enchanting.

Beautiful, clean and modern flat with a lovely pool and incredible view. Perfect for a family with kids/teenagers. Easy access to beautiful towns and amazing scenery. Carla was very welcoming and a helpful guide. Wish we had stayed longer.

The place is really nice and a very good deal. It has a beautiful garden and the host is very nice. Two minor issues came up though: the host rents out two apartments in close proximity. This can entail that other guests might be talking on the balcony right in front of the window or in the hallway. People sensitive to noise should probably stay clear of this one. Also, the sofa bed is on the short side (180cm I would guess) and again very noisy. Every toss and turn during the night is accompanied by some metal spring creaking under the mattress. Its only recommendable to people who don't mind these two issues.

We stayed in Francesco's place for 2 nights and it was a great experience, the apartment is very nice and clean, fairly close to the lake and the main attractions, the view was amazing and they make us feel very welcome.

We were met in the village and shown to the apartment which was as good if not better than we were expecting. The view of the lake was stunning and it was fantastic to sit there at any time but especially in the morning watching the sun rise. I was especially pleased that we had a secure garage for the car.

The view was amazing. The village and the others around are nice and quiet. The house is a tiny nice one ,enough for 2 people. We really had a great time. We could stay for 5 nights very spontaneously. 1 hour after booking, w expect were able to get inside the house.

Just arrived, and also to get to your accommodation, the host was extremely available and friendly, as for the rest of the night. The place was beautiful, the view from the very pretty terrace! The grocery store and other necessary services are within walking distance: comfortable in the car, a tad bit awkward to walk given the mountain roads! The hotel has us very well. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We were lucky with the weather, so we could have breakfast in the morning outside overlooking the magnificent scenery and in the evening after our excursions to Christos "floating piers", fresh air and tranquility of the mountain village with a glass of wine on the terrace enjoyed with this great view very. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything that is needed for a comfortable holiday stay was available and we lacked nothing. We were greeted very friendly and we all essentials was explained in terms of the apartment and the garage. We felt this weekend in Fontane very well and can really recommend this place and Laura Apartment.

Tina and Maurizio are warm, caring hosts. We primarily dealt with Maurizio, because he speaks English fluently. His joie de vivre is infectious. Upon our arrival, he was prepared to give us all the hiking advice we needed, because he was aware of our prime reason for visiting the area. And his advice was brilliant. The room itself is charming, though the kitchen is minimal -- a bit too small if you intend to cook many dinners for yourself. The gorgeous, vast view compensates nicely. And the entire property has the feel of a baronial estate. We very much enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at il Palazzo. The apartment was clean and comfortable and allowed us to cook our breakfasts and dinners. The view of Lago d'Iseo was fantastic. Tina and her husband were very attentive and helpful with suggestions about where to go and the directions. We highly recommend staying with them.

We were greeted by Julia and her friend at the B & B located next to the apartment. They gave us many information on the area and activities. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning and sublime. The picture gives an overview. The apartment is extremely clean and fully functional: 2 bedrooms, with comfortable space to lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Parking is easy and free. The furnished balcony is especially nice because it olffre the possibility to take the meal while enjoying the view. Located 5 minutes walk from the village, with a few small shops, beach cafes, restaurants and pier to catch the boat. The apartment is quiet and away from the main road.

We had a great Easter weekend in Riva di Solto. Flavia lives around the corner and when we were finally after a long journey there and they called, she was already there after 2 minutes and took us warmly welcomed. The apartment is great, everything is exactly as it was described in advance. In the morning the sun rises over the mountains opposite so you can enjoy until the afternoon of the morning the magnificent view from the balcony, sunbathe, read .... wonderful! An inside electrically operated awning Dende (very comfortable!) From being too bright sunlight, if you do not want this. but since we were there in April, the warming rays were perfect. In the late afternoon and evening for the opposite shore is illuminated by the sun, it looks nice, too. And then the evening view with all the lights on the shore - really beautiful! The lake shore is popular with cyclists and motorcyclists. Along the shore there are many nice towns where you can stroll just fine. Riva Siebe is a small, quiet place, at least in the spring. If one has no difficulty with stairs, you can climb straight past the house down to the lake shore and is just around the corner a small "Alimentari", where you can pick early in the morning fresh bread. We had a great time and would go back anytime!
