Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

The Bunkhouse offers a comfy two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen guest quarters, a roomy porch, firepit, fishing, and simple relaxing right next to pastures of cattle, roosters crowing, and our own ranch market. Secluded pastures offer quiet walks while the night skies are filled with stars and fireflies. A short drive takes you to shopping, restaurants, and theatres, or just stay in, cozy-up, and relax in the country.

Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Our place is perfect for kayaking and relaxing with your pup..We have a great deck, fenced yard, dog door and plenty of Dolly Parton decor! In the winter months, there is a beautiful fire pit overlooking the water. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a twin pull-out couch in the master. 1 bathroom with a brand new shower.
