My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

Dream apartment in a Bavarian country house between Tegernsee and Bad Tölz. Enjoy the evening sun on your own terrace and relax, play or have a barbecue in your own garden. The apartment has a new, fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room and a large bedroom with its own attached bathroom. The entire apartment (including the bathroom) has no thresholds and is barrier-free and fits up to five people (of which one child in a cot).

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Excursion destinations, for the whole family, can also be found nearby. In winter you can visit the nearby ski&cross-country skiing areas. My place is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the midst of our unique hedge landscape. We have an agriculture with dairy farming. Especially children love to pet the little calves and play with the cats. But it's also a good retreat for stressed couples or business travelers.
