Brand New Villa with jacuzzi, first row to the sea situated in beautiful and peacefull cove Razanj. There are five bedrooms, five bathrooms, three livinig rooms and three kitchens. There are three balconies and outdoor terrace. There is free parking lots. It is comfortable for 10 people. Other facilities include a jacuzzi, three smart TV, four air conditions, fire place, playground, fitness, mooring for the boat in front of the house, sup, kayak ... The concrete beach is only 10m away.

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! House was built last year and this will be a second season of renting. It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!
