Independent accommodation with stone walls and private courtyard. This quiet and mythical place in the heart of the old town is located on the banks of the Loire and close to vineyards such as: Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire. About 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station, you will also be close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

This peaceful accommodation located in the heart of a natural jewel of Burgundy, the Bertranges Forest, will offer you a relaxing stay in the countryside for the whole family during which you will have a good chance of being able to observe forest animals. In addition to its exceptional environment, you will find nearby the Charité-sur-Loire, various wine hillsides or the Loire. In addition, you have the possibility to rent a second house with four bedrooms about 100 meters away.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

These amenities are not private to this house and are shared with three other houses in the Domaine.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

The Castle Estate

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers its two rooms combining originality and modernity in a farmhouse built in the 18th century with the stones of the medieval castle of Passy-les-Tours. These rooms overlook a common area consisting of an equipped kitchen and a TV/Wi-Fi lounge In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Cozy cottage with pool and tennis court

Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

L'écrin boisé – Cabin with hot tub

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check-in from 4 p.m. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

Mobile home in a wooded park of a castle

It is in our wooded park, 2.5 hours from Paris, that we offer you a unique creation for rent. In the middle of nature, crossed by the GR 4 Saint Jacques de Compostela, we will offer you a family setting, quiet to rest or work. Tennis and swimming pools (unheated), many animals are present in the park (horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens...) PLEASE NOTE from July to the end of August, bookings are only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
