It is at the meeting point of the Château de Mimont on the side of the mountain that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) with exceptional views, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a weekend in the countryside or a nice place that is different from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

The magnificent park of this place full of history is equipped with a swimming pool, a Scandinavian bath and a sauna. These amenities are not private to this house and are shared with three other houses in the Domaine.

Alexandra & Simba's Home

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

The Castle Estate

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers its two rooms combining originality and modernity in a farmhouse built in the 18th century with the stones of the medieval castle of Passy-les-Tours. These rooms overlook a common area consisting of an equipped kitchen and a TV/Wi-Fi lounge In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Coeur Sancerrois, beautiful country house typical of the strong country of 350 m². On a 1200 m² garden, this house consists of: - on the ground floor, 1 reception room of 80 m² with fireplace, 1 large kitchen of 50 m², 1 bathroom and separate toilet. - on the 1st floor, 5 double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Foosball, pool table, bar darts. Outside, a garden and beautiful south-facing terraces, a slide, a barbecue, a ping pong table and a pétanque court.

Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

In the heart of the Berry countryside and 2 hours from Paris, the Cahute is less than 10 km from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire and close to the Loire by bike. Nearby (500 m) is also an equestrian center. 10 km away, Loire canoe trip, 18-hole golf course (Golf De Sancerre), mini-golf, tennis, swimming pool. 45 minutes from Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, car, motorcycle, This comfortable cottage, its terrace and shaded garden invite you to relax.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

This peaceful accommodation 2 hours from Paris, located in the heart of a natural jewel of Burgundy, the Bertranges Forest, will offer you a relaxing stay in the countryside with family or friends during which you will have a good chance of being able to observe forest animals. In addition to its exceptional environment, you will find nearby the towns of La Charité-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Nevers, various wine hillsides or the Loire.
