The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a weekend in the countryside or a nice place that is different from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

In addition, you have the possibility to rent a second house with four bedrooms about 100 meters away.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

The Castle Estate

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers its two rooms combining originality and modernity in a farmhouse built in the 18th century with the stones of the medieval castle of Passy-les-Tours. These rooms overlook a common area consisting of an equipped kitchen and a TV/Wi-Fi lounge In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Cozy cottage with pool and tennis court

Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

Comfortable and functional 2-room single-story house located in the stopover village of Pougues-les-Eaux, six minutes from the Tranchant Group Casino and 20 minutes from the Magny Cours Circuit. Living room with equipped US kitchen: microwave, Senseo coffee machine (pods are free). One bedroom with double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and TV. Linens and towels are provided. Modern and spacious bathroom. Secure parking, motorcycle shelter available.

Our 1930s house, facing the Loire, offers a unique setting combining period charm and modern comfort. Its large veranda with panoramic river views, Burgundy stone terrace shaded by a fig tree, and elegantly restored interiors make it a peaceful haven. Located in La Charité-sur-Loire, a listed historic town, a few steps from shops and the famous 12th century priory, it is the ideal place for an authentic and rejuvenating stay.
