About 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station, you will also be close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Comfortable house next to Nevers for 4 people.

Comfortable and independent house in common courtyard and countryside land next to the owner's house. Newly renovated, it is located in a closed enclosure with parking that can accommodate several vehicles. (10 minutes from Nevers and 5 minutes from the highway). You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.

Country House

It is in our wooded park, 2.5 hours from Paris, that we offer our country house for rent. Surrounded by nature, crossed by the GR 4 Saint Jacques de Compostela, our house will offer you a family setting, quiet to rest or work. Tennis and swimming pools (unheated), many animals are present in the park (horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens...) PLEASE NOTE from June to mid-September, bookings are by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.

The House of the Domaine de Passy

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers the 110 m² house of the Passy estate built in the 19th century. You will be at the foot of Passy-les-Tours castle. Guests can enjoy the estate's spaces and its swimming pool. In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Les Berthiers – Gîte "La Maison de Solange"

In the heart of the Pouilly Fumé vineyard, a fully restored former winemaker's house, ideal for discovering the riches of this terroir. (3 km from Pouilly-sur-Loire, 13 km from Sancerre) Spacious house with 4 bedrooms each equipped with their bathroom. Towels and sheets are not provided (1 bed of 160, 2 of 140 and 2 of 90) If forgotten, I will charge you for the stay: €15 per bed

Its pleasant enclosed garden has garden furniture, a barbecue, a ping pong table and a petanque court. our cottage is located 2 hours from Paris, close to the castle of St Fargeau, the medieval site of Guédelon and the vineyards of Chablis and Sancerre.

Ideal for business travelers (Fiber optics), quiet for night workers and pets. Access via a private road serving a few houses. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, an office and an open kitchen.
