Villa Specht - your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa dating back to 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is freshly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, they are in a few minutes on the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping, a hairdresser's studio and bakery, pharmacies and various doctors can be found. The magnificent Saxony Forest is less than a 5-minute walk away.

In your apartment (1st floor, not accessible!) you will enjoy a perfect view of a large garden with pond. The apartment has a large balcony, a big living room, a small bedroom as well as a larger dining area with kitchen where the sleeping bunk is. Located in the quiet village it is only 30 minutes (car) to Hamburg city center or to Lübeck. Right near are recreational areas and beautiful forests. To relax outdoor there is a meadow and a seat right in front of the entrance. Hoisdorf offers many opportunities for recreation and at the same time a good connection by bus/train or car/highway to Hamburg We are also happy to provide our guest with a bike during the stay.

You immediately feel comfortable in our bright and cozy apartment in an old red brick with a view of the countryside. Whether vacation (35 min. to the Baltic Sea) or city/ business trip (25 minutes by bus and train to HH Hbf), both can be done well from Rahlstedt. The apartment is equipped for everyday needs; whether supermarket, bookstore, pizzaria or weekly market, etc., everything is within walking distance.

Lovingly converted workshop in formerly Stallgbäude

The apartment is located in a 100 year old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the midst of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area with no superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate in this area. Lots of nature, wide view and little distraction. It is a place where you can unwind and gather strength.
