Slapp av på dette fredlige stedet. Du bor i et boligområde veldig nær Norges største skatepark i betong, (Tasta Skatepark), fotballbanene til Vardeneset Ballklubb, sandvolleybane, utendørs håndballbane, basketballbane, BMX bane mm. Vi har utstyr til det meste;) Havet og skogen rundt Stavangers største innsjø, Store Stokkavannet, er en kort gåtur borte. For å komme til Stavanger sentrum kan du enten ta en buss, (nr 5 og 8, disse går ca hvert 10 minutt), eller gå en fin tur på ca 40 minutter.

In a quiet neighborhood by Pedersgata, this gem lies in the middle of an eldorado of eateries. The house is just the right size, newly renovated and furnished with original furniture classics from Scandinavia. In the house next door, baking is still done the old-fashioned way and on Friday there is a queue to secure the weekend's bread. Here you live close to the center with short distances. A small and personal seaside cabin with a buzzing garden throughout the summer. Great hiking opportunities right outside the door. Within 100 meters you can rent a boat, fish and swim. Peaceful area only 15 min by car from Stavanger city centre. Nice area to bike with one of our bikes. Work desk overlooking the sea. Molly the cat also lives here who would rather be with our guests in this family friendly place. Here it is a cat door, so she comes and goes whenever she wants.

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.
