Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. Bus stop, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 800 metres away. The parking is below the property. For the short (about 200 m), steep climb to the house you will be rewarded with a dreamlike view of the mountains. For loading, and unloading can be driven up to the entrance.

Direct Watzmann view from the balcony, pool and public parking on site in the house. The apartment is located on the 2 floor has free high speed internet (from December 2021 5G) and is easily accessible by elevator. It is best to use the apartment for 2 adults. All day long, you will be pampered with the sun when the weather is nice. Schönau am Königsee can also be easily reached on foot in 4 km. The centre of Berchtesgaden is also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the slope!

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 square meter living space can comfortably accommodate 6-7 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner.
