Very nice apartment with ocean views first row, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable tv with smart tv 49 and smart tv 32 inches, wifi, capacity 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. The apartment is located at the entrance of the Peninsula, without traffic problems, 2 blocks from the Punta del Este bus terminal, in front of Casino Nogaro and close to cinemas and restaurants. Supermarket 1 1/2 blocks away. Very good! Garage in the building!
