The cottage is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? We've got you covered with a convenient work desk and reliable 100mbps internet.

The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

This apartment is build in a basement. It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.
