You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Just a 400m stroll from one of the UK’s best blue flag beaches, it’s the ideal location for a seaside break at any time of the year. With wall to wall windows, the lounge is light and airy. The master bedroom leads onto the balcony so you can enjoy morning coffee in bed while breathing in the fresh sea air. The bathroom has a huge rainfall shower, perfect for washing off salt and sand from days on the beach.

Bus stops for Swanage/ Poole/Bournemouth.. One Car parking space to the rear of the block is available with apartment.. I will be here to meet guests upon their arrival.

Hamworthy beach, park and paddling pool just a 15 mins walk. Local shops, pubs and takeaways less than 5 mins walk and Poole Town Centre & Quay a 30mins walk or 5 mins drive.

Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks The area is renowned for water sports and cycling and we have a garage you can store your equipment in if needed. We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets 😇
