Fully equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms and a furnished sunny balcony. Plenty of space. Family friendly with equipment for kids. Walking distance to whole city and riverside. 2 minutes from the main walking street area with restaurants and night life. High speed internet/Wifi included. Apartment, 1-room in a skyscraper with elevator on the 1st floor. View of the green square. The apartment is warm, cozy, sunny, old-school style. The room has a double bed, desk, armchair, TV. Kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, cordless kettle, dishes) and bathroom after general renovation - cabin. The apartment has a very good location. Bus stop 3 min away. Getting to the centre (Galaxy, Cascade) takes 5 minutes. There's a store and a Manhattan market nearby.
