The 10 individually-themed gardens showcase artistry from around the world, including the magical Storybook Garden, which will take you on a journey through childhood dreams and fantasies.

Hunter Valley Cycling

Explore the Hunter Valley at your own pace on the easy to ride bike paths around the region. Grab a map from the tourist office in town which will guide you to all the major destinations in town, or be your own guide and enjoy the scenery and wildlife on the way. You can hire a bike in Pokolbin for a half or full day, but it’s a good idea to book ahead, as the bikes are popular and subject to availability.

Hunter Wine Theatre

Visit the Hunter Wine Theatre and learn about the Hunter Valley’s wine heritage on the big screen. The hour-long film shows the winemaking process, from when the grapes are first harvested to when they’re crushed on-site. After the show, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of some of the region’s finest wines.
