NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Charming wooden charcoal hut near the water burger old town on a wild steep slope property. The location makes you feel almost like a treehouse. Equipped with mini kitchen, microwave with hot air and grill, a kettle and a fridge. In the terrace there is a gas grill. The small bathroom has a shower and toilet, but no hand basin. Electric heating, electric boiler (30l). Smoking is not allowed in the cabin.

Relax in a small but fine wooden apartment between Munich and Salzburg with an extra staircase and a small balcony. Very quiet location on the outskirts of Obing. To Lake Chiemsee it is only 10 km and Obinger See only 1 km to Obinger See. The garden can be used with terrace in front of a wooden cabin.
