“With its total height of 314 metres (1,030 feet), the 1980s-era TV Tower is Estonia’s tallest building and entertainment centre, boasting not only great views but also fascinating exhibitions and interactive attractions. Special windows in the floor let the not-so-faint-hearted stare into the 170-metre emptiness below the viewing deck. For an additional fee, you can also walk on the edge of the viewing platform (from April to October). There is also a restaurant in the tower!”

“Lots of information about how it was built and the history of soviet intervention trying to stop the people getting information from outside. The views from the top are exceptional and if you feel brave try a walk round outside roped to a rail. Best on a clear day to get the full benefit of the view.”
