Entire flat, 8 mins. walk from the town hall and big market place, but outside the LT zone, in a convenient position, near bakeries, bucher, newsagent, coffee bars, tobacconist and not far from supermarkets. 7 mins. walk from hospital. It is at the first and a half floor with a lift which is 58 cm wide. There is a kitchen, a conservatory used as laundry, a big bedroom, a spacious living room, bathroom with shower. Free parking lot inside the private courtyard with remote control opening.

La Casetta a San Maurizio

My grandparents used the Casetta in the summer to find the cool on the hill. It stayed as it used to be, but inside it has been updated to welcome all year round. You will find a comfortable one and a half bed, an equipped kitchen, smart TV and wifi, amenities with shower, sink and toilet. Outside a small garden with table and hammocks. Free parking and city bus stop in front of the house. The center is ten minutes away on foot and San Maurizio is an oasis of tranquility and clean air.
