You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Bright Deco Studio - Pessac Alouette

Decorative studio of 20m2, new, adjoining our house, completely independent with a large window on the south side so very clear and well sunny in the middle of our garden. A private wooden terrace with a garden table and two chairs completes our offer. The new kitchen is fully equipped. We are ideally located on the beach route from Bordeaux (40 minutes from the Porge or the Grand Crohot). Very easy parking in the rue de Chambord (see specific instructions).
