Ce 2 pièces à l’étage d’une villa est très lumineux et bien situé. 2 couchages dont une chambre avec lit double et un canapé lit dans le salon. Idéal couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants ou 4 adultes (4 personnes maxi ) A 5 min à pied du centre ville et des commerces. Marché le samedi matin, évènements festifs (mercredis du terroir) tout l’été. A 5 min en voiture des plages (20 min à pied) Le Tram à 8 min à pied, dessert les centres commerciaux et le centre ville de Montpellier (20 min avec le tram)

Beautiful 1st line apartment sea view in Carnon

Beautiful apartment of 40 m2 including a nice balcony with breathtaking sea views. Refurbished, and decorated with taste. It includes free wifi. The residence is located at the foot of the sand dunes of the Mediterranean. Located on the second floor out of 3. No roads to cross to be on the beach. Public Paying Parking in front of the residence However, there are a few free spots inside the property along the beach. The residence of Grasse is in the small cross at Carnon plage.

Charming 2 room apartment (30 m2), ideal for a couple or small family. 🙂 Common outdoor pool. (Open from June 15 to September 15) Located a few meters from the tram that takes you to the heart of Montpellier. 20 min walk to the beach and 5 short minutes by car. Beautiful 20m² air-conditioned studio, with an entrance just for you and its private garden in a villa ideally located close to the beaches of Carnon, Palavas and La-Grande-Motte. Close to shops, the Arena, the exhibition center and the tram that will take you to the center of Montpellier. Two bikes are available with a deposit check returned at the end of the stay.
