Words can't describe how much I appreciate Mauro's time to host me. A very clean and quiet home - a very warm host: from the pick up to the check-out all 7 days. Mauro showed me the town, took me to a cheese factory, provided everything and all of what could be needed while staying. Got me all the nice breakfast ingredients for my stay, helped with local info, and have all this time been just a great beautiful soul. Thanks for your time Mauro, see you next year!

When I arrived, Mauro immediately made me feel welcome and at home. The room was perfect for one person and even had an air conditioning. Mauro was very helpful in many respects. He even had dinner prepared and I really enjoyed a delicious Italian meal and an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend his place to anyone travelling through the area.

The apartment was exactly as from photographs. Mauro very helpful and Consuelo and always reachable by phone. Apartment in beautiful building, near the center of Novara and comfortable for me as a stone's throw from the workplace. The apartment is super equipped and we could even stay whole months without feeling the lack of anything. Really recommended. If I have opportunity I will 100%!

Mauro always attentive. Did not have to buy anything because the house had everything you need (kitchen utensils, cleaning gel, towels, garbage bags, ...) As welcome Mauro left us fruit and pasta for lunch. Although the house has no air conditioning is not problem as cooler at night and sleeps very well. Mauro brought by two fans if needed (It did not). The super-clean house.

Beautiful apartment, well furnished, comfortable, all amenities, great location and from Novara.

We had a great stay at Marco. The apartment is new (or almost), well equipped. The reception is excellent and Marco is very helpful. One surprise for us: you have an adapter for French electrical equipment, to which we had not thought of. Fortunately the apartment is equipped!

For travel between Milan and Turin, close to the highway in an amazing town with its large castle, Marco puts at your disposal a single apartment with large kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Everything is new and spotless. It is easy to park. The WiFi works perfectly. Would recommend without hesitation.

We were guests of Mr Marco October 27 to 30. Had a great time, it's a definite host, punctual and helpful. The apartment is the same as described: first floor kitchen-living room, second floor bedroom and bathroom. conditioned area on both floors. The apartment is fully renovated modern. The bathroom has a modern washing machine (which we did not use). Cleanliness is at the top. The area is perfect, the apartment is a short walk from Castello Sforzesco and the main square. Just below there is the bus stop for nine, and about 300m walk there is the train station of the northern railways to reach Milan directly from galliate. Despite being a central part of the country, there is the traffic problem, the apartment is completely silent, ideal for those who want to give a bit of relaxation. At about 1min walk there is the fast food SfiziPiadina (suggested by Mr Marco), we tasted the tortillas very tasty. Overall rating: 5 stars on 5. Highly recommended!

We had two very good nights in a couple with a child of 6 years. Mauro greeted us warmly even with delicious muffins and glazed chestnuts on arrival. Mauro is a very welcoming and very friendly host with children and adults of course! The room was large with storage capacity and a very good bedding. spacious and nice shower with several functions. Very functional with the Novara railway station just 5 minutes by car, which can reach the exhibition or milan About 40 minutes. The San Siro stadium is not far away and Mauro is also a big fan of calcio! Pizzeria very good 10 meters to take away or 50 meters for a real restaurant. Again, Mauro thank you for this beautiful stay in your company and that of Fabiana! We can only recommend this accommodation for one or more nights.

I was made to feel welcome even though I arrived late in the evening. The room and accommodations were as described in the listing. the neighborhood is 2-3 km outside of Novara in a suburban village known as Pernate. The residnce is 2 km from a limited access highway that will allow you to connect quickly to the main autostrada to Milano and Torino. There is gated parking available in the building court yard. This listing is only for those with a vehicle, which is what I was seeking.

My stay was quite long, work-related, and it was definitely an experience to positive guest. The room is cozy and very pretty, as well as the house. The brand new bathroom and warm; the quiet but well served and connected. Vely was always very helpful and flexible for all and everything.

I had a great time in Vely's apartment. She is a friendly, respectful and generous host. the apartment is really clean and tidy. She always kindly prepared me breakfast. I totally recommend this place.

Despite a delayed arrival Vely waited for us until late and welcomed us very nicely ! The room is cute and confortable, the bathroom was perfectly clean. In the morning Vely prepared a good breakfast. I recommand !

The stay in Novara was pleasant, with Franceca that is a girl really nice, helpful and welcoming, helped us in everything we needed. The house is really beautiful, warm and comfortable atmosphere greeted us on arrival and we almost regretted having to leave. It is located just minutes from downtown and the train and in a neighborhood equipped and quiet.

One word to describe my stay? PERFECT! Home clean and spacious, close to a couple of supermarkets and train station! Host very friendly and a very cuddly cat! Better than that !!

Francesca, the 'host, is a very special person. With us it is immediately created empathy. It is very helpful and very polite and friendly. It feels like home or better to stay at Francesca was how to share the 'apartment with a' friend. The location exactly as described and seen in photos and in the Christmas season even more warm and welcoming. It 'just a short walk from the station and almost in the center (a few minutes to reach on foot). The room is nice but mostly just as clean the toilets. Another positive note is the availability of food for the guests. So the top. I advise.

We had a most enjoyable time with Francesca. We arrived more than an hour later than expected after a long drive, and had got lost in Novara, but Francesca came to find us in her car and we followed her home. She then prepared a lovely meal for us for which we were most grateful! We also appreciated that Francesca had breakfast provisions available, which was really convenient. On our last night we had a meal at a really good local restaurant with Francesca and several of her friends, and that was one of the highlights of our visit to Novara. They guided us through the menu and made sure that we sampled the best of the local cuisine. Francesca was a great hostess, and her apartment is lovely. She had well organised folders of brochures on the Lakes, Milan, and Turin, which were really useful for our day trips from Novara. We have absolutely no reservations about recommending Francesca to other airbnb customers.

Non posso certo raccomandare questo alloggio. Il wifi non c'era malgrado fosse previsto, la notte era turbata dal fortissimo rumore di treni e della strada e dal vicino che riceveva visite continue nel bel mezzo della notte, sbattendo la porta ogni volta. La persiana si è incastrata e, non riuscendo a sbloccarla, ho dovuto chiamare il padrone di casa. Tutto questo alle 23!! Ma la cosa più sgradevole è stato il comportamento del padrone di casa. Quando ho chiesto del wifi mi ha detto che aveva dimenticato l'apparecchio a casa e che lo avrebbe portato in serata. Poi non ho saputo più nulla. Telefono spento. Quando riesco a contattarlo di nuovo, mi dice che è occupato, che deve andare a prendere la figlia e che verrà dopo le 21. Ma poi....nessuna notizia. Poi mi chiama e mi confessa che non ha l'apparecchio perché non lo trova più. Mi promette di comprarne un altro per l'indomani e di lasciarlo nell'appartamento. Ma quando torno, il giorno dopo, alle 19:30 il wifi non c'è. Lo chiamo e risulta sorpreso: "la donna di servizio non lo ha portato"? Inizio ad innervosirmi. Devo lavorare, è l'ultima sera prima di una consegna di un lavoro. Gli chiedo di chiamare la donna immediatamente e di richiamarmi per sapere se la situazione si può risolvere o se devo cercare un internet caffé. Mi promette di richiamarmi subito e invece...spegne il telefono fino alle 21. Lascio un messaggio infuocato in segreteria. Lui mi richiama e inizia a dirmi che deve lavorare e non può star dietro ai "miei" problemi!!! "Non sono un albergo: sono Airbnb, che è diverso"! Mi dice che era stato già troppo gentile a venire per la persiana!!! E inizia a fare apprezzamenti sgradevoli sulla mia persona. Già al check in mi aveva detto "si vede che lei è un'insegnante!" ovvero "precisina" ovvero rompiscatole? Comunque l'ho fermato dicendo che non volevo più discutere con lui perché stava davvero esagerando. Alla fine ha portato il wifi, in un atmosfera di grande tensione. Visto tutto quello che è successo, visto il trattamento e la mancanza totale di cura dell'host, sconsiglio vivamente questo appartamento

It is in the centre of the beautiful city of Novara and within walking distance to all the tourist destinations, train station, supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria and gelateria! Although we didn't actually meet Valentina, our email communication was friendly and informative. Our family of 4 were met at the apartment by Tiziano and Cinzia who were warm and welcoming. We recommend this apartment.

The house Valentina is tastefully decorated and very effective. And is a short walk from the center and even less from the station. I will be returning. I hope you too.

THE BEST SOLUTION TO VISIT EXPO. Accommodating staff. The house is complete with everything. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. It 'located five minutes from the station and in the heart of the pedestrian. The car you can park in a silo near the station with five euro per 24 hours. In half an hour we are at the entrance of the Expo.
