This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we look after other people’s fur babies 🐾

Cosy modern Studio

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.

The Eureka Studio

The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
